Episode one and two; Independence Day and Fireworks.
Crys' POV.

I opened my eyes only to find myself in my new room which was so far away from Richard's, like Why? Right, I wanted to tell Bruce something but I realized that he was out. I remember asking Alfred when Bruce was coming back and he said at four a.m. But there's no way I was going to stay up and wait for him. I went to sleep in my new room. Why did I need to wait up for Bruce in the first place? Oh, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit! I have to be at Cadmus today. Lex is so gonna kill me for being late. I stood up and quickly changed to my Panther outfit. But this was one of the other two that Catwoman had given me. It's the one that has suspenders, and a leather jacket and a black vest that doesn't cover my stomach, it's so comfortable. I put on the sneakers and grabbed my whip. Then securely tied it around my waist like a belt. Then I ran to the batcave so that I could use it's Zeta tube. I went to the Batcomputer and punched in the coordinates of the Cadmus facility that I was going to. I had no idea whether Batman had given me access or not, but I was able to go through it.

Before I went through it,I remembered those genomorphs that are controlled by the head scientist, Desmond. No way in hell is a whip going to be enough to deal with that guy in case he tries to shish kebab me. I went back and grabbed a yellow utility belt. I wore it like a literal belt over my jeans and changed the position of my whip. I then ran into the Zeta tube and had the awful realization that my stomach and teleporting don't mix. I had to hold back the hurling I was about to start. I walked out of the phonebooth and turned to look at the building I was supposed to sneak in and found that it had been burnt down. How on earth did grown adults manage to burn down a building? The authorities were still around the place and there was police tape around the building. How am I supposed to sneak inside that? Hmm, you know what, I'll try and if I'm caught, no one's going to shoot a child.

The power lines from the facility to the building directly opposite it were still okay. If I can slide down that, I'd reach the roof and sneak in through the ventilation. I smiled and began my journey. I climbed the side stairs of the building and reached up, I climbed the electricity pole and used my whip to slide down to the roof of Cadmus. I'm surprised I wasn't spotted. I removed the ventilation duct cover and just jumped in. I don't know where it leads but I know that it should lead directly to the labs because that place is well ventilated, so that means that I'm going to be falling for fifty two storeys underground at what feels like 50 miles per hour, without a stop. I heard the sounds of a huge fan so I caught the edge of the next turn in the ventilation system with both my hands. I seriously didn't feel like dieing because I was sliced into a million tiny pieces by a fan. I climbed through it and began crawling around. I had no idea which floor I was on so I couldn't just jump out of the vent without getting shot at by scientists.

This place was very secretive, scientists working in level 40, didn't know what the scientists on the ground floor did. Same for every other level. That way, if one scientist was caught, they didn't know much, only what they were meant to do. But, if you catch the correct scientist, a.k.a Desmond, you can get all the information you want. So, since, I'm allowed clearance to the 52nd floor, only the scientists and genomorphs on that floor would recognize me. So I can't risk it by stopping on any level higher than that otherwise I'd be killed on sight. I continued crawling until I reached the end of the ventilators, I turned my body around and kicked the chute open, once it was opened, I turned back around and saw that I had reached the elevator cables. Bingo. If I get into the elevator, I'll know which floor this is. And I'll be able to get to the 52nd floor. I reached out and grabbed the cable line in my gloved hand and slid down. I reached the top of the elevator A and opened the roof window, it's easy to open from outside, but inside, not so much. I opened it and found it empty, which was surprising to say the least.
