I woke up still in the car, this time my whole seat was covered with blood. I seen the keys on the other seat, I guess he wants me to drive myself. Weak, I drove myself to the hospital, "Ma'm, what's wrong ?" The nurse asked. "My, baby....is....is...it....alright?" I managed to get out. "Stretcher!" The nurse yelled. I blacked out again...

I woke up and had a sharp pain in my stomach, my bump was gone. I buzzed the nurse, "Yes, ma'am she said walking in. "Is my baby ok?" I asked a little hesitantly. "Well, you did lose a lot of blood over night, it was either you or the baby" she said." So, you killed my baby?" I whisper yelled. "Ma'm your baby was already, already dead, you had a miscarriage." She said. I felt my blood pressure go up, and the nurse said "Calm, down it wasn't your fault, it was whoever shot you." I looked at her then I went to the restroom and threw up. "Why am I throwing up?" I asked coming back. "I don't know we need to do some tests" she said. "Ok" I said. Another nurse came back about 5min. Later with the I.v. ok drink this and eat your cookie. I drunk my juice "Where's my cookie?" I asked her. "Oh, my bad I ate it, just drink your juice" she said. I started laugh, "Your a cool nurse" I said. "Thanks India, you want me to be your full time nurse?" She asked.

"Yes ma'm" I said. "Call me Auntie Jay, but my real name is Janice if you want to vote for me as nurse of the year,hint, hint." Wait Janice from 6th grade Whether Middle school?" I asked. "Yes- Omg India, you and August still friends?" She asked. "I'm not sure" I told her. "Well let me do this SHIT so, my boss won't trip ok, um here's my number text, or call after 10 alright." She said. "Alright".

Nurse: I think you will be excited!

I looked at the paper she handed me. India Nicole White,
We took a sample of your blood today, because of a concern about vomiting. But there's nothing to be concerned about, because your about 3 days pregnant! The baby will survive now since the fetus has been removed. Call 1-254-789-0654 if you have anymore concerns

"But..how didn't y'all notice?" I asked her. "Well I'm pretty sure the baby was about this small, so the size of a marble." She said happily. "Well, thanks" I said. "You have a visitor to ma'm" she said. "Bring them in" I said nodding my head.

She came back with August, I just layed there looking up, I couldn't look at him right now. "Hey, India" he said. I looked at him and turned to my side. He came around so I turned the other way. "Can, you just look at me?" He said.

I looked at him with a blank face, I'm not going to cry over his ass, I loved him and he did that to me. "You made me do it?" He said. "How?" I whispered and turned away from him. "You hit me!" He said. "Oh, so I was supposed to let you throw me down the stairs, or throw water on me, my reflexes kicked in I had no control over hitting you." I said now with tears filling my eyes. "You knew who I was!" He said yelling a little. "No I didn't, I don't know you now! I trusted you for 19 years, 19 fucking years August, and I never, never once hurt you! You know I lost my fucking 1st child because of you?!" I yelled with tears coming down my face. "I didn't know you were pregnant!" He snapped back.

"I know you didnt, you was fucking that girl! When you first came I said "Babe, look" and I was pointing at my stomach. "You remember that?" I asked. He didn't answer "Of course not! You were on the phone the whole fucking time! Now I'm pregnant again! I don't care what you do don't come near me it my child!" I screamed. "I'll be Damn!" He yelled walking over to me. "I swear to God August if you touch me, when I get out this hospital I'm gonna make sure I get yo ass, and you better believe that!" I said looking at him in the eyes. All I saw was hatred, and anger. "Do, you remember saying that we weren't together? But the other day you said I wouldn't be your sideline? See August that's why friends should just stay friends, not more than that, but I can't even be your friend anymore, after you just put me in the hospital! Just get out, please cause your starting to stress me out" I said a little more calmer. "Can I jus-"he said. "No, August, I'm done, ok" I said. He stood there like I wasn't going to do anything I buzzed the nurse. "Ma'm?"she said walking in. "I need security to escort this man out" I said looking at him. "Security!" She yelled. Soon August was gone and I let out a sigh of relief, and layed back and fell asleep.
