naira's happy smile disappeared as she saw sirat. she had total confusion in her mind. she asked karthik who sirat was and how she looks so much alike her, just then Surekha chachi yelled from behind " she is your karthik's wife and that baby is their daughter ."

naira couldn't feel the ground under her legs. then Manish interrupted and explained naira the story of karthik and sirat. naira's heart shattered into pieces learning the fact that her karthik loves someone else know, that too a girl who just looks like her. her karthik has a baby with someone else. karthik's eyes wasn't able to meet naira's. Naira couldn't believe it. the person she risked her own life to save is here married to another girl.

Karthik came towards naira to hug her as he saw her condition but she pushed him away.

Naira: wow Mr.Goenka just wow. Mai kya kuch mahino thak tumse dhoor hogayi thy tumne doosri shaadi karli? kyu karthik kyu ortho orr tumhaara ek bachaa bi hai ab. ek minute mai ye kya bol rahi hoon mujhe to tume congratulate karni chahiye kyunki tumhaari toh nayi nayi shaadi hui or ab toh tumharaa bacha bhi paidha hogaya so congratulations karthik goenka 

karthik: naira tum ye kya keheraheeho aisa mat kahona jaan

naira: to aur kya kahoon main karthik? kya kahoon? ye kahun ki hamara pyaar kabhi sachaa nahi tha. actually mujhe tumhe thank u kehna chaiye. thank u for everything karthik. mujhse joohta pyaar ka waada karneke liye,apne or hamere bete ki zindagi mein meri jagaa kisorko dhene ke liye, mujhe apne dil se hataana dhene ke liye, mujhe dhokaa dheneke liye, hamare yaadon ko bhuljaane ke liye thank u for everthing. mein apne sapne mein bhi nahi sochsakthi woh kar dhikaane ke liye thank u. zindagi bar bhi tumhara ye ehsaan nahi jukaapaungi

karthik was given a reality check 

naira turned around to her family just to see naksh and babhimaa holding sirat's hand and calming her and kairav. and keerti holding arohi 

naira: aap loge ne bhi meri jagaa kisi or ko dhe dhi. kamal he meri kudhki family ne bhi mujhe kahi ka na choda tho kisi aur se kyaa unmeed

naksh lowers his gaze 

naira then demanded for her baby akshu. the goenka's didn't take very good care of akshu ever since arohi was born.sirat also disliked her a bit and karthik could careless and she was falling sick a lot and the ones who were taking care of her were luv-kush and surekha as they loved her and naira and knew she was alive. surekha told naira.

surekha came over to naira and handed her akshu naira started crying uncontrollably, surekha hugged her and tried to calm her down. luv-kush ran to her and hugged her too.

naira felt relived as some people still cared for her. just then kairav came and called to nairashe felt happy seeing her son but knew he had replaced her in his heart too she gently distanced herself from him shocking kairav and others and asked him a question, do u think of sirat as ur mum? 

kairav lowered down his gaze and said yes and sirat came and hugged him

naira felt even more betrayed and hurt now yet she wanted to take both kairav and akshu with her

naira: chalo neela maa hum yahan se chalte  ye ab mera ghar nehi he she had akshu in her arms and held kairav's hand to go but karthik and sirat stopped he

karthik: no kairav will not go away from me and sirat

sirat: naira ji i consider kairav my own son please dont take him away from me

naira was shocked to see this. how dare they stop her from taking her own son

kairav: yes munmma i want to stay with papa and sirat maa and my new baby sister.

kairav knew if he would go with naira he wouldn't have a complete family

naira was shocked to hear kairav and left there with neela in tears with akshu in her arms
