Chapter 14 ANOTHER secret

( still Kyle)

After we all had breakfast we watched how I met your mother and Big Bang theory and criminal minds. all of the most bad ass and funny shows ever! during an episode of Big Bang theory sage said she was really tired so she dragged herself up the stairs to her room to nap.

" Hey guys I got an idea." I whispered as soon as I heard her get in bed.

" What is it?" tyler asked.

" I think we should go somewhere for sage. just get her mind off things. yes she was acting better today but she's been pretty shaken up these past few days. not only with............ what happened. but finding out the things about Mitch and me.........."

" Wait what about you?"
Ian asked.

" Mitch did you not tell them?"

I looked at Mitch. he messed with his hands for a second.

" No. do you think it's time?"

" This means you haven't told sage either, right?"

He went quiet and kept staring and messing with his hands.

" Mitch. answer. now."

He shook his head. stilling concentrating on messing with his hands.

" Mitch we need to talk. in private."

He looked up at me. he then slowly rose up. and followed me outside and across the street to the park. we sat on the swing set.

" Mitch we have to tell them. especially sage. we can't keep this a secret forever."

" I know. I just don't know how to explain it to them. or how they'll take it."

" But don't they deserve to know. even if we don't tell the guys we have to tell sage. she has to know. I can't keep it a secret much longer."

" Why don't we tell them while we're on vacation."

" No it has to be before then. and soon. I'm letting you decide when it's the right time. but if you can't. I will."

" Okay let's tell them tonight. go out to dinner and break the news."

" Okay. good. cuz to be honest I don't want to do this. but it the right thing to do for our friends."

" Yeah let's head home."

(at the restaurant) ( sages pov)

We had just finished our dinner. it was a.m.a.z.i.n.g.

" Guys me and Kyle have to tell you something." Mitch said.

We all went silent and looked at Mitch and Kyle.

" Ill say it. you've already told her about you." Kyle said.

Kyle turned to me.

" Sage, do you remember your aunt on your dads side?"

" Yea, she was a bitch. she said I didn't have the right to move my dad to a different lot. she was the only one to go to dads funeral."

" Yea. she is a bitch. but there's a secret I have to tell you and everyone."

He took a second to breathe.

" Your aunt. Marie. is my mom. when Mitch ran he came to our house first hoping that we could take him in. but being the bitch she is, she said no. and slammed the door right in his face. but I had a sister too. Beatrix. do you remember her?"

I took all this in. first Mitch. now Kyle!

"Yea. she was the only one that like or even cared about me beside my........"

No. I can't say it. not right now.

" Yea. she was like that. nice to everyone. even me. hehe. But me and Mitch thought you should know."

Before I could think, I jumped on the two of them and wrapped my arms around them.

" Thank you guys. thank you for telling me." I whispered to them.

Yes this would take some getting use to but I'm glad they told me. I love them all. and I'm glad we can tell each other big things like this. like one big family.
