Finally Mine

Chapter 2

I'm really excited about this chapter. They'll be another person's point of view besides Alana's in this chapter. I'm nervous about that but I hope you guys will like it. Beep! Beep! Beep!

I groaned slamming my hand onto the off button to the alarm clock. I slowly opened my eyes. Some sunlight was filtering in through the curtains on my bedroom window. Ugh. School. I slowly got up and rubbed my eyes. I walked to Conrad's room. He was fast asleep. I started to shake him a little.

"Come Conrad. It's time to wake up. It's are first day of school." Conrad mumbled something I couldn't even understand. Hm. I started to tickle him.

"Come on you don't want to be late do you?" Conrad quickly opened his eyes. He was trying not to laugh but failed.

"Ok ok I'm up! I'm up!" I giggled. He looked so adorable.

"Hurry up if you want to eat breakfast before we go. You don't want to be late for school."

"Ok. Can you make pancakes?!?" I smiled.

"Of course." I walked to Nora's room and woke her up the same way. I should learn by now never to shake them. They are kind of heavy sleepers. Tickling them always works though. I went back to my room to shower and get dressed. The warm water helped me wake up more.

I got out of the shower and looked in my closet. I didn't really have much but decided on a pair of dark blue jeans and my favorite dead bury dead t-shirt. It was red and said "Born Free" on it. I loved it. I put some mascara on to make my blue eyes pop a little. Then I put on my DCs and headed downstairs to make them pancakes.

It felt so good to cook. The kitchen started to smell good with the scent of pancakes in the air. I set the table and grabbed the syrup. I made sure to make at least two for each of us.

"Breakfast is ready!" I yelled. I heard thumping noises signaling the twins were coming. They quickly took their seats and grabbed some pancakes. I started to eat mine.

"So you guys excited for our first day of school?"

They groaned at the same time. I felt the same way. I'd have to deal with people when I get there. I just hope I can get through the rest of the school year unnoticed. I made our lunches and we all got into the car.

It wasn't that long a drive to the twin's elementary school. I got out of the car with them and walked them to the office. It was great that it was right where you walked in. A woman who looked like she was in her early thirties walked up to us.

"Hello. You must be my new students. I'm Ms. Dawn." She looked at me and I quickly did the introductions.

"I'm Nora and Conrad's older sister Alana. It's nice to meet you." I was a little nervous. I don't even no why.

"I'm so excited to have new students. I'll show you to my classroom." I looked at my watch. I had to go so I couldn't wait any longer. I looked at Nora and Conrad.

"I have to go. It's time for me to go to my own school." I knelt down and hugged them.

"I'll see you later when I pick you up ok?" They both nodded. I looked at their auras to see that they were both mostly green. They were really nervous but trying not to show it. I gave them a look to show that everything would be ok. Their auras started to add blue to them so I knew they understood.
