Note
Hi! I want to personally thank Carlyyooo I loved waking up to her comments this morning and she got me up to 10 followers and I'm so happy! Alright in this chapter I'm going to have Alana and Jasper connect more instead of her just blowing him off and being distant. I hope to get some real action in the next chapter or the one after. Please comment and vote!

~Alana~
I couldn't stop my leg from bouncing up and down. After this period I will have to deal with Jasper after school. It makes me nervous. He'll know where I live and everything. I know I could have gone to his house but I don't think it would have been a good idea to bring them to his house. It's too late now though. I still have to talk to the twins about it. Part of me hopes they say no but I need to get this project done.
I also have to finish filling out applications. The money I saved will go quickly even though I'm spending as little as possible. I could wait until I'm eighteen for my inheritance money. But it's a couple months away and I don't want to depend on that.
That money will mostly be for college and for the court when I fight for the twins. The extra money would be the best. I jumped when the bell rang. The class was over already? I didn't realize how in deep thought I was. I packed up my things and started heading to the parking lot.
"Hey Alana, wait up!" I turned to see Jasper weaving in and out of the large crowds of students heading to their cars and lockers. I waited for him until he caught up. When he was next to me I started walking again.
"What time would you like me to come over?" I turned to see he had a soft smile on his face. I felt my heart skip a little. I'm used to his smirks and monkey grins, not this kind of smile. It looked really nice on him.
"Alana?" I blinked before shaking my head. Damn I was staring, even worse at his lips. I felt like hitting my head on something.
"Yeah sorry, I blanked out for a second. It's been a long day and I just want to get home. Can you come over at three? I still have to pick up the twins and tell them you're even coming." I saw Jasper still for a second before looking the way he was before. Did he not like the idea of my siblings being home? I didn't like the idea at all. I was about to confront him when I looked into his eyes. He was nervous! I felt the corners of my lips start to lift. I found it so cute that he was scared of the twins. I tried to hide the growing smile but failed.
"What's that smile for?" I giggled. That's right I giggled. I couldn't help it. I just thought it was so adorable.
"You're afraid of my siblings." He looked shocked for a second. Probably because he thought he hid his nervousness well. I giggled even more at the look on his face.
"I am so not afraid. I am so good with children. They'll love me." He boasted but there was still a little doubt in his eyes. I felt myself melt a little inside. It was so sweet that Jasper cared. It felt really nice too. I hope he really does and he's not faking it. I would love a real friend who I can trust with my secret. I shook my head. It would be stupid to open up. I don't want to drag him into this. Jasper was looking at his shoes when I put my hand on his arm. He jumped as if he was shocked I would even reach out. It made me feel really guilty for pushing him away when he was trying to be my friend.
