"We'll be right back with your orders."
"Thank you," Liam nodded at the waitress before she walked away.
Chelsea hasn't said anything since she introduced herself to Liam, she was still shaken after what happened.
"So, you told me you used to draw. What happened?" Liam asked, hoping to make her feel more comfortable.
Chelsea smiled, "Yeah, I used to draw back in high school. And after I got into college, I just kinda stopped. Mostly because I don't have time because of all the crazy projects and assignments they gave me, and because of that my passion for drawing slowly disappeared."
"Yeah, couldn't agree more. College drove me insane," Liam said, making Chelsea giggle.
"So you graduated college already too?" Chelsea asked.
"Yeah, I graduated last year," Liam smiled.
"Ohh, What did you major in?"
"Art," Liam shrugged.
Chelsea chuckled, "makes sense, your drawing was so realistic and detailed. Since when did you start drawing by the way?"
"I've always loved drawing. The moment when my parents gave me a couple of crayons and a piece of paper when I was a little toddler, it was just kind of… I don't know. I've loved drawing ever since, I guess," Liam explained.
"That's so cute, a hobby since you were little.
I have some of my old drawings in my phone by the way, I could show you some if you'd like," Chelsea said excitedly. She seemed like a bubbly girl."Yeah sure!" Liam replied before Chelsea went on her phone.
"Here, look," Chelsea said as she handed her phone over to Liam.
"Woah," Liam commented, looking at some of her old drawings. "Chelsea, these are amazing! You should definitely start drawing again," Liam said as he handed her phone back to its owner.
"Nah, I don't think I will anytime soon," Chelsea said as she put down her phone.
"So you graduated college, you have a job?"
Liam sighed. Being an assassin is a job. But he isn't going to tell her that, is he. Liam didn't want to imagine how Chelsea would react if she knew she was sitting in front of an assassin at the moment.
"Y- No. Not at the moment, no."
"Oh, still looking for one I suppose?"
"Yeah," Liam lied.
"Well, good luck. You should definitely look for a job that has something to do with art. Maybe an art teacher or something, my dad's working as a college professor," Chelsea said, continuing the conversation.
"Oh, you live with him?" Liam asked.
"Oh no, he lives in another state," Chelsea nodded. "What about you, do you live with your parents?" Chelsea asked.
Liam was about to answer when the waitress arrived and brought their orders. The two started to eat their dinner and still continued their conversation.
"No, my parents actually divorced when I was 5," Liam replied.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. That must have been hard. My parents actually divorced when I was very young too," Chelsea said, she knew how he felt.
Liam was surprised at the information. Both of their parents are divorced. Liam really missed his dad and his sister. He doesn't know where they are at the moment, but he hopes that they are okay.
"It must've been hard for you as well," Liam said.
"Yeah, but my dad was strong for me. He's my hero," Chelsea smiled. Liam smiled back.
"I haven't seen my dad since they divorced and my mom died two years ago. And uh… I got fired from my job a month ago so yeah, I live alone and jobless at the moment," Liam chuckled.
His mom really died two years ago. But of course, he's not jobless. So it was a half-lie.
"Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry for your loss," Chelsea said, an empathetic expression plastered on her face.
Liam and Chelsea continued to get to know each other as they ate dinner. They became friends very quickly as the conversation kept going and it turned out they had a lot in common. After they finished their meals, Chelsea told Liam that she needed to go. They quickly exchanged numbers before she left the restaurant after Liam said that he'd pay.
Liam felt like he did a great job. He already got her number, meaning that they were officially friends. And this is just a day after Diaz gave him the mission.

Liam put away his house keys and walked into his bedroom. He liked Chelsea's company, he really wanted to get to know her more. And hopefully soon enough, he might be able to find out who the guy in black was.
Talking about his family and his past to Chelsea brought back so many memories.
Liam never forgot the day when he last saw his father and his sister. He'd never forget how his father hugged him for the last time whilst his tears dropped onto Liam's shoulders. He didn't know what was happening with the family, his parents thought he was too young for them to tell him that they divorced and that he'd never see his father and sister anymore.
Until this day, Liam still misses his father and his sister. He hoped that one day, someway, somehow, he would meet them again.
His mother, Erica Reed, died in a car accident, some douchebag drunk drove and hit her.
Liam would never forget how much pain he felt. She was the only family he had left. She was the only person he cared for. And he lost her.
Liam tried to shake off these thoughts as he plugged a charger to his phone. He then took a shower and brushed his teeth. Finally, face down, he plopped onto his bed.
It has been a long day. Liam decided to text Will before drifting off to sleep.
