Unexpected

Chapter 10

The play was beyond words,it was so magical and breath taking, I was left speechless. They play was 3 hours long with a 15 minute intermission so it was about 9:35,9:40,we sat there for a little bit while everyone tried to rush out of the seating area. When we got up it was pretty cleared out,we stopped by the Booth and looked some of the new things they had brought out since we first walked in. I saw a cute v-neck,emerald green shirt that side wicked in foil. I stood in line as Elena walked over to me

"Hey,whatcha buying?"

"That v-neck,its cute,plus I want to have a keep sake" I giggled

"Ooh it is kinda cute,though I think I might buy that snow globe" she said nodding to the snow globe that had Elphaba(so called wicked witch)and Glinda the Good witch. But before i could get to the front of the line. Damian pulled us out of the line

"Hey wha-" I looked at Damian who shut me up by handing me the shirt I was going to buy and Elena snow globe. He was grinning now

"Awww thank you Damian !" I hugged him

"Thanks buddy" Elena said punching his arm

"Ah!" Damian said in response to Elena's punch "n-no problem" he said laughing and rubbing his arm where she hit him,teasing her

"Oh you want me to make it worse?!" She said laughing and holding up her fist

"NOOOOOO!!please!" Damian begged,laughing

The security guard walked over

"Sorry people,gotta clear out,the actors are gona be coming out soon" shooing us with his hands

We walked out and to the car,we got in and Damian started it up

"So where to next ladies?" Leaning back against his seat "hmmm"

I felt my stomach grumble again and Elena shrugged

"Where ever,I dont mind"

"Spaghetti factory?" I said "there open till 11 now"

"Spaghetti factory it is!" Damian said as he pulled out and drove towards Ward Warehouse

"So did you finish your homework?"

"Yeah, im frustrated with it, stupid AP statistics" she groaned

"Why'd you take another math credit if you have all 4?"

"I dont know,well it was an extra credit so it goes to my college credits so yeah"

"Oh, wait so you won't  have a senior year?"

"No since I took math the summer before freshman year ,then after freshman year and then the summer after sophomore year"

"Damn ms.overachiever" I teased

"Shut up" she laughed as Damian pulled up to spaghetti factory and parked. We got out and walked in put our name down,sat down and waited for our name to be called

"Hey who you taking to junior prom?"

"I dont know why who are you taking?"I looked at her

"My stupid cousin parris" rolling her eyes she glanced over at Damian who was staring at the decorations "my dad wont let me take anyone else except a family member"

"Ohh,hey hes cute"

"But still hes my cousin! I wana be able to grind on some one!"

"True,take damian!" I laughed

"Oh HELL no!no!no and NO!" She said laughing "you take him,he likes you"

"Shut uppp!" I laughed

Our name was called and we followed our waiter

"Hi my names sam,your waiter will be right with you but in the mean time can i start you off with drinks?" He said smiling

"Can I get a cherry italian soda?"

Sam nodded and waited for Elena

"Coke"

"Sorry we only have pepsi,is that okay?"

"Yeah"she smiled,checking him out

Sam winked then looked at Damian who was glaring at him

"U-uhm" clearing his throat "a-and for y-you sir?" Looking down at his feet

"Im fine with water"

"Alrighty then ill be right back with your drinks"

Sam walked away and we sat their in a slight awkward silence

A good 10 minutes later a woman walked up to us with our drinks

"Hi I'm Joanie and i'll be your server tonight" she paused "okay so who got the Pepsi?"

Elena raised her hand "here"

"Italian cream soda?" Joanie said looking at me

I nodded and smiled "thank you"

She then handed Damian his water

"Your welcome, so can I get you guys started with any appetizers?" Smiling

"Can we get the spinach, artichoke and shrimp dip?" Damian said nodding

"Ooooh that sounds good!"

"Oh trust me yes it is" Joanie said smiling "ill go put that in and come back to take your main course orders"

We all nodded
