Pepper was right, Stane's suit really was bigger than they thought. They had discovered it as soon as the armor began to destroy almost the entire laboratory in order to chase after Pepper and kill her. Luckily for her, the woman managed to escape from Stane and exit Stark Industries to call Tony.
"Tony! Tony, are you okay?" Pepper asked frantically.
"I'm fine. How are..."
"Obadiah, he's gone insane!" Pepper yelled.
"I know. Listen, take Carina and get out of there"
"Carina? She's not with me!" Pepper said panicked.
"She'snot... shit!" Tony exclaimed angrily.
"Tony, he built a suit" Pepper said.
"Get out of thereright now!"
Stane and his suit poked out from under the concrete behind Pepper.
"Where do you think you're going?" Stane asked rethorically "Your services are no longer required" he prepared to shoot at the secretary.
"Stane!" Tony yelled as he flew headlong over the former collaborator.
"I love this suit!" Stane yelled as he took a car with a family inside.
"Put them down!"
"Collateral damage, Tony. Divert power to chest RT"
Tony hit him flying across the street and got the car in time before it hit hard ground.
"Power reduced to 19%" JARVIS informed.
The lady inside the car started pressing the accelerator as hard as she could.
"Lady!" Tony lost his grip on the car which nearly hit him "No, no, no, no, no, no!"
Obadiah flew to Stark and hit him.
"For 30 years, I've been holding you up! I built this company from nothing! Nothing is going to stand in my way. Least of all you!" Stane said "Impressive! You've upgraded your armor!" he said seeing Tony fly "I've made some upgrades of my own!"
"Sir, it appears that his suit can fly" JARVIS said.
"Duly noted. Take me to maximum altitude" Tony said.
"With only 15% power, the odds of reaching that..." Tony cut JARVIS off.
"I know the math! Do it!" Tony yelled starting to fly as high as possible.
