That morning, for the first time in almost eight years, Carina woke up in a good mood. Maybe it was because the blinding sun didn't wake her up since she finally remembered to close the curtains the previous evening, or maybe because her period was over.

Carina retrieved the phone from her bedside table and saw a message from Daniele.

Buongiorno signorina, spero lei si sia divertita davvero ieri sera. In tal caso, se verrà continuare a divertirsi, domani sera darò una festa a casa mia. Spero di poter contare sulla sua presenza.
Il suo nuovo amico,
Daniele

(Good morning miss, I hope you really enjoyed yourself last night. In that case, if it's going to continue having fun, I'll throw a party at my house tomorrow night. I hope I can count on your presence. Your new friend, Daniele)

Carina read and reread the message several times, amused, that if at that moment she had looked in the mirror, she would have seen how she was smiling like an idiot. Honestly, she didn't know why that boy had that strange effect on her, perhaps due to the fact that they had just met or perhaps because so far Daniele really seemed to be different from all the boys she had known up to now, but anyway, whatever the strange reason, she didn't mind at all.

The young Stark was about to respond to the boy's invitation when she saw a notification on Twitter. Carina almost regretted clicking on it when she saw the video of Tony's birthday party. "You know, the question I get asked most often is, "Tony, how do you go to the bathroom in the suit?" Just like that" Tony was literally peeing inside the armor.

Carina, disgusted, closed her phone, "Enough with Twitter for today" she said, putting the phone down next to her "It looks like someone had fun last night, and it certainly wasn't Pepper" she laughed "I really don't envy the headache you'll have when you wake up, Tony"

Tony was sitting inside a doughnut, eating a doughnut, hoping to ease his hungover. Pans out to see Nick Fury looking up at him.

"Sir! I'm gonna have to ask you to exit the doughnut" Nick Fury told him.

The two entered the café and sat down at the first table they saw.

"I told you I don't wanna join your super-secret boy band" Tony said, making Fury chuckle.

"No, no, no. See, I remember, you do everything yourself. How's that working out for you?" Fury asked.

"It's... It's... It's..." Tony sighed "I'm sorry. I don't wanna get off on the wrong foot. Do I look at the patch or the eye?" He asked, not knowing he was reviving the one-eyed man in a déjà vu "Honestly I'm a bit hung over. I'm not sure if you're real of if I'm having..."

"I am very real. I'm the realest person you're ever gonna meet" Fury said, repeating the exact same words he'd said to Carina Stark.

"Just my luck. Where's the staff here?"
