Ava POV

Maudie and Ezra left.

Kyle and I are alone.

I looked at Kyle.

He was digging through his bag.

"What are you looking for? Maybe i can help." I asked.

"No need i think i know where it exactly is..." Kyle said.

"Okay then." I said.

I looked outside the window.

I saw Maudie and Ezra stargazing together.

I then felt a tap on my shoulder.

I turned around and Kyle was standing in front of me holding a small box.

"Here, take this. I've been wanting to give this to you for a while" Kyle said as he placed the box on my hand

"What for?" I asked.

"Its just a token of my appreciation..." Kyle mumbled as his face turned bright red.

Seeing that made me a bit nervous.

"Thanks but what did i do to deserve this?" I said as i inspected the box.

It was a cute yellow box and It was about the size of my palm

"Nothing. Just open it when your ready." Kyle said.

He walked away and sat on the bed.

He looked down and covered his face with his hands.

I felt really sorry for him.

He looks really really miserable.

I walked over to him and sat next to him.

"I'll open it now." I said as i tore the tape off.

"WAIT DON'T-" Kyle said.

But it was too late.

I had already opened it.

Confetti suddenly sprung out from the box.

There was a music box inside.

A/N Honestly i think that Music boxes are the most sweetest romantic things to give

Along with a folded note.

I gulped as i unfolded the note.

Could this be it?

His confession letter?

Dear Ava,

It's probably a bit late to say this but thank you for everything you have done for me. Especially the first time we met. It meant a lot to me. You were the only one that helped me and made me feel better. The boys just mistreated me and never thought about my feelings. I am really glad to have you in my life. Even though you like to tease me, lecture me. Your still very fun, kind, nice and amazing. This may sound a bit cheesy but.
