Maudie POV

I woke up to the sound of a music box.

I sat up, yawned and rubbed my tired eyes.

"Oh sorry, did i wake you up?" Ava asked.

"Yeah, kinda.." I said sleepily.

"Well how was your sleep?" Ava asked smiling.

"Very good. Why?" I asked.

"Look down to your left." Ava winked.

I looked down to my left.

I saw Ezra sleeping peacefully

"Was it like this the whole night?" I asked a bit panicky.

"Pretty sure yes." Ava smirked.

"Oh.." I said.

"Why? feeling a connection?" Ava teased.

"Oh shut up Ava." I muttered.

It is weird though.

Why did he sleep next to me?

I quickly stood up and looked at Ezra again.

Wow he looks a little cute when he's sleeping.

I looked at Kyle and he was still sleeping

I looked at Ava she was staring at the music box.

"A gift from Kyle huh?" I asked.

"Yeah..." Ava gushed.

"Knew it. He loves you." I smiled.

"No he doesn't." Ava said as her smile slowly faded away

"He gave you a music box. That's really sweet." I smirked

"I know, but look at the note he gave me along with it." Ava said handing me a folded piece of paper.

I opened it and read it.

Ouch. She got friend zoned.

Ava and Kyle had told me how they met before.

Honestly its really romantic and sweet.

"Its okay Ava. Don't be disappointed." I said.

"Disappointed? Who said i was disappointed?" Ava said totally lying.

"The expression on your face." I said.

"Fine, i guess i like him a tiny tiny bit." Ava muttered.

"Ha i knew it, You like him!" I shouted.

"Shhhhh. The boys are sleeping and this conversation stays between us. Okay?" Ava said.

I rolled my eyes playfully and nodded.

"Promise." I said.

"Great, now let's get ready because i made plans for us to go to the beach." Ava said.

"Awesome, are we going to wake the boys up now or later?" I asked.

We looked at each other.

"Maybe later..." Ava said as she looked at Kyle

I nodded.

The beach?
