Maudie POV
"There." I smiled as I looked at Ezra.
It was silent as we looked at each other.
With both my hands on his.
Time felt like it stopped for a while...
I frantically removed my hands.
"We should combine these two now.." I said as I grabbed the chunk of middle pieces.
I combined the two as Ezra watched.
That was close..
I almost caught feelings again.
"ISC HIT THE DECK, ITS SHIPPING FUEL!" Yvette screamed.
The kids cheered and went hysterical.
I giggled as Ezra rolled his eyes.
He was so done with Yvette and the rest of the hospital kids.
What does ISC mean though?
What, is it some sort of fan club name?
Hey, that makes sense.
It stands a theory.
"Hallen, we're done." Ezra said.
"Hmmm let me have a look." Hallen said.
Hallen inspected our puzzle.
"Wow that was fast. You guys won!" Hallen said.
Ezra and I cheered and high fived each other.
"Oh nooo." Kyle said.
"Sorry Kyle, but we kinda saw it coming." Ava said.
"Yeah, i guess so. Puzzles just isn't our thing." Kyle said.
Ava nodded.
The backstage crew then came over to pack up the puzzles
"That was a great game. But i suppose its time for something very intense..." Hallen said.
Suspenseful music started playing.
"Were going to be doing The lie detector test." Hallen said in a deep voice
The audience gasped.
"What's a lie detector test?" Kyle asked.
"Basically, A lie detector measures and analyzes key body reactions through a series of Questions." Hallen said.
"What?" Kyle asked.
"Its basically a detector that detects if your telling the truth or not." Ava said.
"Oh." Kyle said.
"Yes, what Ava said." Hallen said.
Lie detector test?
This should be fun.
"Jeff, you can come out now." Hallen said.
A middle aged man came out
He was lugging a big wheelbarrow full of equipment.
