Can a love me measured by intelligence, gender and family background?

I love him kasi, but my brother said he will not love me nor like kasi I'm lutang daw and slow, which I'm not. Hindi papamana sa akin ni daddy ang kompanya namin kung ganun ako.

Does love measured by that? Mommy said, puso is the one who love not the utak. Does it mean I can have him? Mamahalin nya din ako tulad ng pagmamahal ko sa kanya?

Why does love is complicated? Hindi ba pwedeng pag mahal mo ang isang tao, love back ka na din nya?
