Chapter 7

"Agh Parkinson get off me" Draco spat pushing her off him.
"Parkinson this is Layla Lightheart, my girlfriend" Draco introduced me and wrap his arm around my waist.
"Parkinson, Pansy Parkinson, Draco's ex girlfriend" she extended her hand out she had a devilish smile on her face this girl was up to something.
Draco took hold of my hand and we sat down for dinner. Blaize immediately struck up conversation to break the tension.

"So Pansy how was your vacation?" Blaize asked.
"It was lovely, not that any of you could've known considering not one of you wrote to me or replied to my letters" Parkinson hissed back. She then stood up and came round the table towards us..
"Bye Drackie" and went to kiss him on the cheek Draco jumped back so she missed entirely smacking her big nose on the table we all held back a laugh.
"There's a table there" Crabbe pointed out sarcastically with a laugh.
Parkinson strutted out of the Hall and we all burst into fits of laughter.

"Drackie? Can she hear herself speak?" I turned to look at Draco questioning the nickname.
"Oh god don't say it I can't stand that girl" he replied putting his head in his hands as if she caused him a headache.
"Who even is she? Other then your ex?" I asked before Blaize jumped into the conversation.
"Pansy Parkinson, AKA Slytherin Slag she has been making her way around Slytherin boys now since any of us have known her even tried it on our Draco he-" Blaize got cut off by Draco.
"Ok Blaize thank you for your very in depth explanation but I think Layla gets the point" he said turning to look at me. I was looking into my lap holding my stomach my period was due any day and today was that day cramps had been bothering me all day but I didn't say anything to Draco. Aurora was the only one that knew my date and I knew hers.

"Everything okay Layla?" Blaize asked staring at me Draco then turning towards me aswell.
"Yeah it's nothing, Dray I'm going up to Aurora's dorm I'll meet you in the common room later?"
"You sure you don't want me to come" he asked holding my hand as I stood from the table.
"That's okay we have a lot to catch up on girlie time you know" I replied as he let go of my hand.
"Ok see you later" with that he planted a kiss on my forehead and I made my way to Aurora'a dorm.

I got to the common room door and hoped the password hadn't changed whispering the words "Bravery" the door opened I knew whoever was in the common room would not be very welcoming so I put my hood up and ran to the dormitory I once shared with Granger and Aurora. Fingers crossed Granger would be in the library last thing I needed was her, Harry and Ron seeing me here considering I was no longer aloud to be here since the resort.
I got to the dorm and went in but of course the golden trio had to be in there and Aurora slumped on her bed in the corner with headphones on and nose deep in a book as usual.

"Um what do you think your doing in here traitor?" Granger spat as she and the boys turnt to look at me.
"I don't have to explain anything to you Granger" I said rolling my eyes and sitting at the foot of Aurora's bed she hadn't even noticed I was here, still reading her book.
"Fine we will just go and tell McGonagall that you broke into the Gryffindor commonroom then a dorm" She had a horrible little grin sprawl across her face as did the boys.
"And I expect you will be telling her that you brought two boys into a girls dormitory and broke the 8 inch rule?" I hissed back knowing she would be in a lot more trouble for that.
"Oh shutup you traitor" Granger stormed out of the room dragging the two boys behind her and slamming the door shut.
Which caused Aurora to jump.

"Sorry I ignored you then but I knew you would get rid of her much faster then I could" Aurora giggled.
"So what's been going on then why have you moved dorms? Is it because of Granger cause I have to deal with her as well" Aurora stated.
"No no that's not it, ...."I paused "well after spending more time with Draco and his friends i noticed I fit into Slytherin a lot more then I do Gryffindor so... Well Draco suggested I speak to Dumbledore he agreed so they made me wear the sorting hat again and it said there was a mistake and I should've been Slytherin like Lando" I became nervous Aurora must've thought I was ignoring her all week.
"Oh ok to be honest Rena and I were talking about it last night and she thought you were more Slytherin" Aurora replied.
"Well I guess this means we won't see each other as much then" she said sadly looking at her hands.
"What no Aurora you can sleep in my and Draco's dorm whenever you want we were talking about it and since I'm ment be in the spare bed in his dorm until mine is ready we can put it in mine so you can stay with me whenever" I tried to explain I couldn't tell if any of that made sense.
"Sorry slow down so your sharing a dorm with Malfoy until your dorm is ready and they put a bed for you in his dorm but your not sleeping in it so where have you been sleeping?" she asked.
"In his bed with him!" I explained I also forgot she didn't know we where dating yet.
"I'm his girlfriend now look" I held out my hand to show her the ring Draco gave me earlier in the day.
"Ohhh I get it so your spare bed in Draco's room will be put in your new one as well as your bed" she was starting to catch on.
"Yes that's right" after chatting and laughing for a few more hours it was about 8 O'clock and I had to leave before dorm checks I could not get caught.
"Oh one more thing have you got some spare pads just to last me till tomorrow?" I was really hoping she did cause I only had two and even though my period had barely started it was a minor issue.
"Yeah here" she went into her bathroom and came out handing me a few.
"Your an absolute life saver love you bestie" I said swinging around the door frame and out of the room.
"Seeya girl" she shouted down the hallway.
I quickly ran down the stairs into the common room and out the door making my way to the dungeons where Slytherin was.
Though of course someone had to try and make my life hard.....Granger, Potter and Weaslebee had snitched Snape was waiting at the commonroom entrance.
