Chapter 24

                              Destiny's POV
"I'm sorry I keep scaring you. I'm not doing it intentionally. I guess I listen to my heart instead of my head sometimes."

"And I love you for that. Trust me. I do. But I need you here with me. I need you alive."

"I'm sorry Destiny."

"I'm not mad at you. I'm just...worried. You told me you didn't want to be alpha yet you just acted like one."

"My brother was in danger. I did what I had to do."

A few months after Onyx was fully healed we got married then the twins came! We named them Gabrielle Cosette and Ryker. We switched Ryker's name last minute. When we told everyone Gabrielle's name Cody started crying. When the kids were in second grade it went to hell.

Onyx's POV
In the middle of the night Ryker ran into Destiny and I's room.

"Something happened to Gabrielle!"

"What?!"

"She woke up crying! She said it was just a bad dream but there's something else!"

We ran into Gabrielle's room.

"Ryker I told you that I'm fine!"

"You're not!"

Ian:She's terrified.

"Go wait by your mother Ryk."

Des and Ryker walked out of the room and I closed the door. I sat down at the edge of Gabrielle's bed.

"It's just you and me. What's wrong?"

"I can't tell you. You'll get mad if I say something."

"Why would I get mad?"

"If I say something I won't do good in school anymore."

"Your mother and I don't care about that. What happened?"

"I don't know. He told me now I know that storks don't give people babies...what does that mean?"

"WHAT?! DESTINY GET IN HERE!"

Destiny opened the door and I could tell my eyes were red.

"What happened?!"

"I'm still trying to figure that out!"

"What happened to grandma?"

"Which grandma are you talking about?!"

"River."

My heart dropped.

"Why are you asking about my mom?!"

"That happened to me."

"WHAT?!"

"Des did you do laundry?!"

"No! I was going to start it in the morning."

"Gab where are the clothes you wore to school?"

"In my bag."

Destiny ran to Gabrielle's book bag and pulled out clothes. She ran over and showed me.

"No no no no!"

"Am I in trouble?"

"No! What teacher did this?!"

"Mr.Gregory."

I ran to get a bag to put her clothes in. When I found one I ran back into her room. I shoved the clothes in the bag and tied it. I ran to my room to throw on clothes.
