"Have a drink."

"I think I'm at my limit, for once." Gemini felt his mouth say one thing but his hands doing another as he extended his glass.

Gemini took a another shot and let out a heavy groan, holding in a burp.

"Old man? Do you pity me?" His body wobbled.

"I do pity you." He sighed and drank his shot without much difficulty.

"What should I do then?"

"Well I don't know what happened do I?"

"Gramps, you're a fucking liar." Gemini laughed.

"language!" The old man smacked the back of Gemini's head with no mercy.

"Owie." Gemini winced.

"You don't have an ounce of respect do you?" He huffed.

"Hm?" Gemini half head the sentence.

"Never mind."

"But...you are a liar aren't you?"

"You don't know who I am."

"Touché."

The old man crossed his arms in slight annoyance at this whiny man in front of him, but he had a soft spot and felt bad.

"What should...I do?" Gemini suddenly burst into tears, the tears he had been holding in for a long time.

"Hey hey, stop crying." The old man sighed and rubbed his back.

"But...I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!" He sobbed and then snot came running down his nose like a five year old.

"Okay I don't know what's going on but crying is not going to fix it." He handed Gemini a tissue for his nose.

"Just so you know I don't cry often." He blew into the tissue and took a stuffy breath, nose red from rubbing his nose.

"I hate everyone." He suddenly became resentful and brought his knees to his chest, resting his chin on his knees.

"You're quite the emotional drunk."

"I'm not drunk." Gemini mumbled.

"That's what all drunk people say. Anyway you should go to sleep. Aren't you supposed to travel in the morning."

"I am."

"Alright then I'll be off." The old man's bones creaked as he stood up and gathered the empty bottles.

"Wait."

"Hm? What?"

"Ah never mind. Thanks for the drink." He shook his head.

"Have a good night."

"You too."

The moment the old man left he felt an overwhelming sense of loneliness in his stomach. It kept him from sleeping as he just laid on the floor and stared at the ceiling. He slid a hand under his shirt and felt the bandages that were wrapping his wound, tracing them.

There was a quiet knock at the door. He felt an immediate sense of relief that someone would be with him even if it was for a moment.

"Come in."

Virgo stepped in and stared down at Gemini who was still laying on the floor.

"What is it?" Gemini asked.

"The grandpa told me that you weren't doing well so he told me to check up on you. I was sleeping so soundly too." Even though Virgo complained he was concerned and took a seat next to Gemini.
