PETER POV

"Oops. I'm sorry,"

"Watch your steps," Oraz Tagan's men instantly pushed me after I collided with his leader on the side of the road. I was running when Oraz Tagan came out of the house into his jeep. Because of the hard impact, we both tripped. But thanks to my reflexes and agility, I immediately grabbed his hands and shoulders so he wouldn't fall. If he fell, maybe I could be shot on the spot by his men, who seemed ready to beat me.

"I'm really sorry. I'm in a hurry," I replied while brushing the invisible dust off his shoulder, but he soon stopped me, and his men pulled me. Pushed me away violently.

"Go before I shoot you," said the man who pushed me in harsh English.

I apologized once again and ran away from them.

The sound of the car door closing was heard, followed by other voices welcoming the leader back to the hideout. We listened to the sound coming out of the speaker carefully. Right. I had returned to Guess House where we were temporarily staying while listening to the sound of the tiny bug I had attached to Oraz Tagan's collar when we bumped into each other. Yup, I did it on purpose to fit the tiny device on Oraz Tagan's body or clothing to listen to their conversation.

During the 3 days since my scouting at the tavern, we discovered that upon returning to the base, Oraz Tagan always entered the small house next to the big house which we assumed was his residence.

"Call her here," Oraz Tagan's voice sounded. We can't see what's inside, but perhaps we can analyze the situation and what's going on there as much as possible from their conversation. Not long after a woman's voice said she was going to carry out his orders, another woman's voice was heard.

"Yes, master," The voice was familiar to me. And we listened to Oraz Tagan give orders and heard the woman answer. Her voice was a little muffled, but moments later it sounded clearer as if she was near Oraz Tagan. Then we heard another voice which we knew exactly what they were doing. Moans were heard, as were the sound of whipping. I tried to restrain myself from hearing those disgusting voices and tried to think clearly because if my memory and hearing are not wrong, that woman is the person we are looking for, Punpun.

Ruby listened with a frown on her face with her eyes closed. And seemed to be the same as me, disgusted by what she heard. I clenched my jaw and my hands and closed my eyes as I felt the tears prickling.

After I felt I had enough of her voice, I immediately sent the recording to Rosie so she could start analyzing the voice and match it with Punpun's voice recording that she had managed to get from one of the telephone recordings, long before all this happened to her.

That night I closed my eyes but couldn't sleep. My mind drifted to Punpun's current state. All night, I turned my body, looking for the right position but couldn't find it. Until finally, I turned again and turned my back on Ruby, who was lying next to me quietly.
