Flippy laid in his bed, clenching onto his dog tags and sighed. "You can't keep living like this." "Why can't you leave me alone? You've done the damage already. What more could you want?" "Done the damage? I haven't had any fun in 3 days!" "Oh well! Not my problem!" He facepalmed and heard an engine grow near, stop, start up again and fade away. "Freakin' pests and them trespassing. I say we go kill them!" "Fliqpy, with you, everything ends with murder."

The bear arose from his bed to see if anyone was outside, and to his relief, there wasn't. He did, however, spot an envelope for him on his doormat. He knelt down to pick it up and he read the words on the cover, "For Flippy" in cursive. He turned his head to see if anyone was around one last time before walking back into his house. "Who would write me a letter when they can just text me?" "I don't know but let's open it!" Fliqpy exclaimed. Flippy opened the envelope to read aloud:

          ▪︎ Dear Flippy,

I would have texted you, but I don't have you in my contacts. Lately, I've noticed that you've been avoiding everyone in Happy Tree Land and I'm starting to get concerned... and I thought maybe we could meet at my house or your's or the library or whatever you're comfortable with and talk.
