Part 4

Aryan's house

(Monday)

"Be careful dear, and call us when you reach, okay?", instructed Shah Rukh, "dad, I can travel on my own. Chill. I'll call you and please tell mom to not stress out, I will be fine", assured Aryan. It was time for his flight. Shah Rukh and Aryan were ready to leave for the airport.

~After some minutes~

Aryan was in the flight, finally. After struggling with the paparazzi and fans, he was finally at peace. After many days, he felt calm. It couldn't be explained but Aryan felt like a whole new person, he was just happy. Spending days in jail and being accused for something he didn't do had made him forget what happiness was. He knew he would be in the news, he knew there would be people trolling him, but he just didn't care. All those events had made him like a stone. He wanted to trust again, love again, but it just wouldn't happen.

Just then, a girl came and sat beside him, in the outer seat. She looked tired, as if she had boarded the plane with great difficulty. After adjusting herself, she turned to Aryan, "why are you staring at me?", she asked. Aryan was speechless. His eyes were just looking at her eyes, fearless and innocent. And what surprised him the most was that she was actually looking him in the eye. She wasn't afraid like the others. Even her voice felt familiar. "Excuse me! WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME?", she shouted, snapping her fingers, "I'm so sorry, I just...." "you just? Ugh! What's wrong with you?", asked the girl, irritated.

"Listen, forgive me. But your voice seems to be familiar", said Aryan, with no hesitation, much to his surprise. "Yours does too, but that's not the point! Just stop staring at me, oh, wait, this isn't my seat", said the girl, getting up with her stuff. Aryan wanted to stop her because for some reason he found peace in her. He couldn't explain it, but he just wanted to be as free as her, as normal as her.

The girl forgot about Aryan but he couldn't stop thinking about her. And for the whole flight, Aryan secretly tried to fing her seat and get a glimpse of her.
