Layla POV-

"Zamari" I yelled as slipped my feet into my black flip flops. I waddled down the hall to her room after closing Marcus's room door and getting her. "Come on baby we gotta get a move on" I said looking at her outfit. "Okay I'm ready mom" she said walking towards the door.

She had on yellow tights with A yellow tutu and a white shirt with SpongeBob on the front and White converse. "Uh-oh girl you dressed ya self in that" I asked surprised that it actually was cute. "Duhh" she said as she walked out the door and started downstairs. I shook my head at her and laughed too myself as We made our way downstairs to the garage. "Can we drive the hummer" she asked as she ran to it. "I guess" I replied as I grabbed the keys for it off the hook and Got in.

Plugging my phone into the radio I started Rico Love on my spotify as the garage up'd and we pulled off.

We have been in Atlanta for about almost 3 months with Marcus and Im about to be 8 months in two weeks then in another month I'll be able to love and kiss on my baby boy. Yup I'm having a little boy. I'm so excited and I surprisingly haven't heard from Kevin and I know he knows that I'm here so I've still been kind of watching my back. Me and Marcus have been spending alot of time together mostly with Mari but we have bonding time sometimes too. We've established a nice friendship in the last couple of months and him and Mari have grown tremendously close.

She's mostly happy that she finally has a daddy of her own like the other kids and as far as I know he's happy too have her even though it was unexpected. Everything's just been calm for us for the most part. But of course I already know as soon as Life starts getting calmed down something happens. Never skips a beat.

I pulled up at Marcus's Parents house fifteen minutes later to drop off Mari. Today she was spending time with her Papa and NaNa. I parked behind her gold Cadillac and hopped out to help Mari out. Once I helped her out We walked up to the door and rang the bell.

Not even two minutes later Marcus's Little brother K.J came running to open the door "UNCLE K" she yelled excitedly as soon as he opened the door. "Hey beautiful" he said picking her up and Throwing her in the air. She laughed and smiled excitedly as he carried her in . I walked in after them and closed the door "Wassup Nigga" he said Giving me a side hug. I laughed "Sup punk. Where Mama T at?" I asked Not wanting to walk around looking for her. "Right here" she said coming down the stairs.

She had a jean strapless romper on with gold gucci sandals and three gold bangles on her wrist paired with gold pearls in her ear . She was most definitely looking cute and knew it.

"Hey You look great" I smiled as she came to the last step. She smiled "Thanks baby so do you. how ya doing" she asked before releasing me from her embrace "Good and you ?" I replied. "Good baby good. Blessed to see another day. Wheres my Knuckle-headed son?" She asked "He went out for awhile to handle business" I replied .

She nodded "Well baby you can come sit down and Rest I know ya feet hurt" she said frowning at my swollen ankles. "No thanks I'm actually gonna go back too the house but thanks for the offer" I replied lightly smiling at her.

"NANA !!!!!!!" Zamari screamed and ran towards her once she came out the kitchen With a poptart. "MARIIII" Mama T hollered as she ran too meet her halfway down the hallway. picking her up she kissed her cheeks Back and fourth "I" Kiss "Missed" kiss "You" kiss "Soo" kiss "Much" Mwah Mwah Mwah. She said as Zamari broke out in fits of giggles. "I miss you too Nana" she said kissing her cheek then hugging her neck. I watched in awe at how much they loved My Mari. Im just so happy shes happy. K.J ran past them up the stairs just as she was about too throw her in the air again.
