Chapter 21: A bit of preparation

Once everyone returned to capital city Rimuru, we all celebrated Charybdis' defeat with megalodon meat and drinks. The scales collected from the megalodons were gonna help tempest get even farter as well.

A month had passed and the twin cities of tempest had became even more modern and I decided to finally create my home, this took about half of the months to complete but in the end the result was worth it.

After the town was complete I immediately had me and my lovely subordinate's start back up on the earth elemental project. This took only a few days to complete so we easily had over 1,000 functional earth elementals, I decided to make 2 different types, titans and basic elementals.

I decided to name the first elemental I made Numara since I also happened to summon a high earth spirit at the time and make her the leader of these earth elemental's, similar to how Abiru leads the dragonewt's and how Treyni leads the dryad's.

I had Numara keep our elementals constantly surveying areas the dryads couldn't and I also had her keep 2 titan's hidden outside of Rimuru and Ryoko since the amount of those we made was limited.

Since all our elementals could control earth, I also left the creation of more elementals up to them. Since they were they producing themselves, I had all my other subordinate's go back to there original duties for the rest of the month.

A few days later I decided to summon 10 megalodons to serve me with some left over wyvern corpses and the use of my new skill [Charybdis] but they were different from Charybdis' versions. Since they would follow any orders given, I decided to put them under Abiru's leadership since there race is classified as dragon.

One beautiful night, all the girls, myself, and Rimuru decided to spend our time in the baths. I hadn't used any of the baths Rimuru introduced to Tempest yet but I was very happy to jump right in, it did feel weird to not have a bath like this for years.

During all our relaxation time I got to know Shion and Shuna better and Rimuru and Milim were talking about the other demon lords. The peace was interrupted by my cousin yelling about having work to get back to.

Rimuru: "Work? Right now?" He asks confused while being held in the air.

Milim: "Yes! Also I need to check back in with the other demon lords," she says after throwing Rimuru back into the bath.

She runs out of the bath and transforms into her normal attire before looking at all of us.

Milim: "I'll be heading over now," she says to us all with a smile.

Everyone: "Don't let them trick you," we all tell her.

Milim: "Your all so paranoid, I'll be fine. Well bye all, bye Ven I love you!!" She screams while flying into the sky.

Vendela: "I love you too Mil!!" I yell back to her.
