James was currently watching a episode of "That Time I was Reincarnated as a Slime" while walking down the street. Due to him not paying attention while crossing the road he ended up getting struck by a moving truck.
He was taking his final breaths...
We had been walking around inside the Labyrinth for probably about half an hour now. This place was built like a maze but since we have an op slime on our side that has a mental map of the place, the journey was quite safe and easy.
Our exploring was interrupted by Ramiris's voice echoing through the halls. The girls huddle to my sides quickly once we hear her but the boys just seem to mostly jump a bit.
Ramiris: "Hello there everyone, since I haven't had any visitors in such a long time I decided to give you a test," she echo's through the labyrinth.
Before anyone could ask what the test was about, the hallway transforms into a circular room with no openings with only a large pink robot in front of us.
Rimuru: "So is defeating this thing our test?" He asks her after the robot seems to power on.
Ramiris: "Yes, yes! If you can, I just might get in touch with some of those superior spirits you were talking about earlier," she says with a chuckle.
Ranga asks Rimuru if he should take care of it but he tells Ranga to focus on protecting the kids, what I didn't expect him to do though was to ask me if I wanted to fight it instead.
Vendela: "What made you offer it to me Lord Rimuru?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.
Rimuru: "Oh come now Ven, we both know your bored," he responds while giving me a knowing smirk.
Vendela: "Very well, children stay with Ranga no matter what," I order the students near me.
Students: "Yes ma'am," they all to me say at the same time while leaving my side.
Once It's just me and the robot looking at another, I take out my glaive and grow out my tail until it is touching the stone floor we are standing on. Immediately once I get into my stance, the pink giant throws a punch at me but since I'm way faster than it I easily parry the fist into the floor next to me, getting it stuck in the process.
I could her many gasps of surprise once I pulled that move off, Rimuru and Ramiris among the gasps as well, I almost laughed at that but I managed to hold it in. Before the robot could pull its arm out I jumped into the air and threw my glaive into it's eye, I then spin my body similar to how sonic would and hit the end of my glaive with my reinforced tail, the result was the robot having a giant hole where its head should be.
Vendela: "That was easier then a expected," I say while pulling my glaive out of all the robot remains.
The children cheer and run up to me when they are sure the robot had officially been taken care of, they ask me questions like how strong I am but I just give the vague answers like how I'm probably stronger then any current otherworlder. Rimuru calls out for Ramiris by saying he will do something much worse to her and of course she comes out immediately.
Ramiris introduces her self similar to how she did in the anime, once I realized this I just decided to play with the students and let Rimuru do his thing. When her and Rimuru stop arguing about random stuff after like 10 minutes, the two of them finally start talking about summoning the spirits we need and how it's needed for the children.
Ramiris: "I am also known as the guide of spirits, not just a demon lord. I am impartial. I will aid you in your summoning," she says while smiling at him.
Ramiris later leads all of us to the Dwelling of spirits where she explains that they can summon existing high-level spirits or make new ones out of raw magical power. Rimuru and I then instructs the students on how to summon the spirits they need. Basically, they just have to go to the altar and talk to them, asking for help or asking to play are both acceptable requests.
The order of the students was the same but one thing was different, Chole's summoning. Originally the future version of her that was supposed to:
1.Be summoned
2.Kiss Rimuru
3.Enter Chloe's body
But she added a step before number 3, she kneeled to me after kissing Rimuru and before entering Chloe. That brought up a large number of questions but me and Rimuru decided to ignore it for now and focus back on the other students conditions.
Once all the children were stable, we all thanked Ramiris for her help and Rimuru decided to replace her robot with the individual now known as Beretta, a demon he summoned to be loyal to her. We headed back to the kingdom soon after that and let Yuuki know about the children now being safe.
Vendela: 'Things are about to get a lot more chaotic, I hope were ready,' I think to myself while Rimuru was talking to Yuuki in his office.

(Sorry for taking so long to post this page, I wasn't entirely sure how I wanted to continue the story so I took time to figure that out. I will post a chapter no later then a week after the previous on so this doesn't happen again.)
