"Sarahh! I hath said nay. The Dark L'rd is himself behind Cara. WE CAN'T STAND HO THAT GENT AND WE'LL NOT RUNNETH HENCE!" Roared a dark haired man who very much looked like dad, so I assumed that he was dad.

"Aye, but what if't be true that gent kills those folk? Alloweth's wend from h're." Said a calm, sing-song voice.

I turned to see a familiar brown-haired woman no more than thirty-five. She had blue eyes. She held a baby who was about one year-old. She wore a shirt and jeans. Her jacket was really big.

With a jolt, I realised that she was my mom and the baby she held was none other than me.

"Ma'am!" said I sharp voice. A girl was running towards mom. "The milk was spilling in the kitchen! Thee should beest careful!"

"My most humble apology. Crisp t. I'll giveth thee extra wage."

"Fine. But beest careful next time. Else I'll leaveth the job." Then she paused and said, carefully choosing the words.

"Doth I has't to nurse the baby? The lady is annoying. And the lady slapped me. If 't be true the lady ever slaps me again then I'll killeth that lady."

"No thee won't, thee fartuous wench. The lady is only a baby. The lady wilt slap everyone. Art we complaining? No. Then thee eke won't complain. Thee art still fartuous, Lily. Doth thy worketh and don't tryeth to eavesdrop." said mom sternly.

Lily went away muttering "I'll killeth that baby. I'll drown that lady in drain. Or I'll shoot that lady. I'll cutteth that lady into pieces. That scumbag!"

Dad frowned at the direction Lily went.

"How doth thee coequal make shift with h'r?" said dad.

Mom just glared at him.

"Thou art changing the topic. I just hath said NAY! We'll not stayeth h're. We'll wend from h're."

"Nay! Nay!." Then suddenly a window broke. The glass shards flew. And then, there was a deafening noise.

"WEND FROM H'RE, THEE DAW! THE DARK L'RD HAST ARRIV'D. WEND! TAKETH CARA. WEND!!" shouted mom.

"Cara!" shouted Helly and Naya. I woke up with a jump.

"What!" I was in my soft, cosy bed.

"You were unconscious for like, four hours." exaggerated Helly.

"After we came," Added Naya.

I rolled my eyes.

"Cara, I'm going home. Mom gave me her book to return to the library. I'll come at evening." said Naya.

Then she walked crisply out of the door.

"Oh gods, Cara! How can you bear such a show-off?" said Helly.

"Oh shut up, Helly. Naya is as good as gold. She's just jealous of you. Once she gets over the idea that she isn't the only bloody best friend of mine, she will be your best friend and she might leave me....."

"Shut up!" said Helly, slapping hard in my right arm.

"Ow." I said.

We sat in a comfortable silence for a while when suddenly Helly jumped and said,

"Tomorrow you'll go to your secondary school?"

"Yup." I replied.

"What's the name of the school?"

"Oh gods, I don't even know the name of my school." I said.

"Fine. Um...Our school's name was J.R. school. The next was M.K. Gandhi Senior Secondary School."

"Yeah! That's the name." I jumped.

"So, I'm coming to your school."

I stared at her.

"How?"

"Dad will go to the school and I'll get admission. Is Naya in your school?"

"Nah! She's in St. Kavira."

"Nice."

"Let's go to Domino's."

She agreed.

"Taking anything?" I asked to which she replied with a shake of her head.

I put on my jacket and boots while Helly did the same. The day was really cold because we were in India during November's.

We walked through the streets, shivering.

Finally, after jumping over the puddles, we reached Domino's.

An hour of chit-chatting and we craved for our phones.

Yeah, being the 'smartest-existing-teenagers' we decided that an outing with phones would spoil our mood.

Note the sarcasm.

After shivering to death, we reached my home. I almost jumped out of my skin when I saw a silhouette of a person in front of my house.

I sighed in relief when I saw her face.

"Naya!" I greeted.

"Where were you?" She asked.

"Domino's."

"Anything special?"

"Nah!" said Helly

"Anything special?" She repeated and I rolled my eyes.

No one could stop me from giving Naya the award of the Most Dramatic Person.

"Oh c'mon!" I said exasperatedly.

I held both of their hands and dragged them outside my house.

I shut the door at their bewildered faces.

"Fight outside!" I yelled from behind the door.

Yawning and chuckling, I went to bed.
