Jace and Rosalie sat at the bar of the hunters moon.

Simon and Clary at a table right behind them.

"It'd be cute if it wasn't so... constant." Maia said from behind the bar.

"Nope. Not even then." Jace commented.

"It's pretty annoying. Almost like its fake." Rosalie said.

"So... this rumor about you actually being Shadowhunter royalty. Is it true?"

"I don't know. Can it get me free drinks at the Hunters Moon?" Jace joked.

"Lets not get crazy." Maia said.

Rosalie shook her head.

"I don't know what I am. I've had three different last names in a summer. Now I'm a Herondale. All I know is I'm the same Jace."

"God help us." Maia said.

At that Rosalie lifted her hand to give her a high-five.

Everything was fine until Kaelie showed up.

"Shot of tequila. Double." She said.

Jace just sat there. He looked over at Rosalie, seeing she was watching him.

Kaelie walked away and before anything else was said, Clary interrupted.

Jace and Rosalie didn't even notice they left, but the came back with news.

"You two need to see this." Clary said.

The two followed her and saw a Shadowhunter. Dead. Runes cut off.

They went back to the institute.

"Shadowhunter down." Jace said.

"Milo Keytower." Rosalie told Izzy and Alec.

"What happened?" Izzy asked.

"From what I understand, his runes were carved out. Is that true, Jace?" The Inquisitor asked.

"Yes. After he was attacked by a wolf."

"He had multiple bite and claw marks." Clary said.

"What kind of werewolf randomly attacks a Shadowhunter?" Izzy asked.

"One who's trying to send a message." Alec answered.

"And get the attention of the Clave." The Inquisitor added.

"We need to find them before this happens again." Clary said.

"Well, I think I have a pretty good idea who it is." The Inquisitor said.

Jace and Alec left to go get Luke as the Inquisitor wanted to ask him questions.

Izzy grabbed Rosalie by the arm and brought her to her room.

"We haven't talked much lately. Tell me, how are things with you and Jace? Are you still on a break?"

Rosalie chuckled.

"No. We figured things out."

"Good." She smiled.

"I can tell that he loves you. It's a different look he has when you are around. It's just a matter of time."

"Matter of time for what?"

"Nothing. We should go back downstairs. They should be here by now." Izzy then left the room.

Rosalie went down and stood in the doorway as she listened to the Inquisitor question Luke.

"Are you questioning me? Or are you accusing me?" Luke asked.
