I was happy.
I had a loving fiancée, a supportive father, and a beautiful son. I had one year until I was done with university, so I could get a job to financially help Luke and Stefan. Luke had the same as me. We both wanted well paid jobs so our parents wouldn't have to support us, especially my dad.
Having your son wake up at three in the morning to feed his child was something I didn't want to bother him with.
Along with that, Luke and I were getting married in a matter of time. And I couldn't wait for the day we would tie our lives together in front of everyone that loved and cared for us.
It was all planned out. Everything was planned out. Mine and Luke's future was clear to see, along with the clear plans that were in store for Stefan.
