*Two Days Later*

I parked in the parking lot of the apartment building. I turned off the car and turned to Calum, who was looking down at his bump with a hand resting on top of it.

I only had Calum to worry about, for now. After I had cuddled with Calum for a bit, I left to drop Stefan off at Ashton and Blake's house. It was only a short ten minutes before I came back and cuddled with Calum some more. 

We could've gone home yesterday, but they wanted Calum to stay a extra day, just in case something happened, which I didn't mind. Because of that, I had called Ashton and Blake to tell that Stefan would have to stay over another day, which they didn't seem to mind either.

"Did you want help walking in?" I gently asked.

"No. I can walk," Calum simply replied, stepping out of the car.

I shrugged, stepping out myself then leading us inside. We walked into the elevator, went up the levels, and got to our floor. We walked out of the elevator, to our room, and walked in after I unlocked it with the key.

I took off my shoes then walked into the kitchen to get myself a glass of water while Calum slipped off his shoes.

"Did you want anything? I could make you something...because you must be hungry after all of that," I said.

"No..I'm fine. I...I just want to be alone right now," Calum whispered.

"Are you sure love? We could talk about this," I insisted, taking a sip.

"No, it's fine. You've done so much already. I don't want to put anymore burden on your shoulders. I just want to be alone right now. Plus, I have some homework to do anyway," Calum told me, "not that I want to be away from you...I just want time to myself, time to think."

I sighed. I mean, I had homework but it's not like I wanted to do it now, not after the news I got from the doctor. 

"Alright. I'll...I'll be here, if you need anything...or if you want to talk."

Calum nodded and walked down the hallway towards our room, then hearing him close the door behind him.

I walked over to the sink and put my cup in, starting to wash the dirty dishes. Cleaning usually calmed me down, somehow. 

Once I finished washing the dishes, I heard a knock at the door. Curious, I turned off the water and wiped my hands on one of our dish towels. I walked over to the door and opened it, seeing Ashton and Blake. Ashton had Stefan in his arms while Blake was carrying the baby bag.

Stefan's eyes lit up.

"Daddy!"

I smiled, welcoming Stefan into my arms as he climbed out of Ashton's arms and into mine. Stefan put his head on my chest as I rubbed his back and kissed the top of his head.

"Hey there bud. Daddy missed you," I whispered.

"Miss daddy," Stefan whispered.

"I know you did baby, but you get to be with daddy again," I told him.

He nodded, wrapping his tiny arms around my neck.

"Thank you guys so much. I would drop off Stefan at anyone else's house, but you know how busy mine and Calum's parents can get. Then there's Michael and Lillie, who have their own priorities with her pregnancy. I appreciate you guys opening your house for Stefan," I told them.
