My Sunflower My Universe//(Completed)

Chapter 37

In mere seconds we've reached our destination. My eyes still closed, but I could feel a cool breeze caressing my skin and ruffled my hair to my face.

We were outside.

My heart was now racing and thumping in my ears. I squeezed his hand a bit, nudging him to hurry up.

"OK baby... You can open now"

I could sense how nervous he was through our bond which was now making me nervous as well.

I slowly opened my eyes and my heart went straight to my throat immediately.

I shook my head a bit, trying to clear up my eyes that were now blurry with unshed tears.

He somehow found another sunflower field. All the memories were now flooding in my mind of our first time meeting one another as ThanrType.

He is standing next to me silently, but I can feel his gaze bore into me.

The bright orange light that the beautiful sunset had left behind, was playing with what looked like tiny glowing diamonds coated in every flowers and their leaves giving us one heck of a light show. When I looked closer to a flower in order to figure out what was causing that effect, I then realized they were tiny ice droplets.

The field was surrounded by a line of trees, and they were all lit up with multiple colored lights.

This must have taken awhile to do.

When I looked down at my feet, petals of red roses forged a path leading to a small table covered with a white cloth and two chairs.

The table was covered with red petals as well, two covered up plates with a bronze mercury glass jar lamp in the center.

Not too far from the table, a white tent was erected on top of a picnic blanket with twinkling yellow lights all around it. Inside had blankets, fluffy pillows and picnic basket.

Lost in all of the wonders, I got startled a bit when a set of arms found their ways around my waist, holding me tightly against the chest of this wonderful man, his scent engulfing me making me feel weak.

With his chin resting on my shoulder close to my neck, I could feel his breath tickling me when he whispered.

"So..."

"So... it's overwhelming"

"I'm sorry I..."

"No no, it's good overwhelming... Mew this is all breathtakingly beautiful."

"... Yes you are. "

"OOOY that was soooo cheesy!!!... But I'll allow it."

He turned me around to face him, still holding on to my hips. I put my arms around his neck and by now the tears have breached and were disrespectfully staining my cheeks with no end in sight.

He kissed some of them away gently and put his forehead to mine while drawing my hips closer to his.

"When did you have time to do all of this?"

"When you were taking that long nap this afternoon."

"What about those lights on all of those trees! That must have been hard."

He detached his head to mine and pointed angrily towards the tree lines.

"Let me tell you something... These trees gave me such a hard time, although my teleportation helped but I wouldn't have said no to your telekinesis powers... Let just say you are lucky I love you so much."
