Yeah, this for certain isn't the cool, blue dude with attitude, because he's voiced by Max (at least I'm 90% counting on it).
I'm speculating this to be Rookie just from the natural and clear voice that he delivers.
If all that turns out to be correct than...
R.I.P. Rookie, I guess. Unless he survives through some plot armour of some kind.
From what I could tell before though, he appeared to be one of the heroes in disguise as a guard, researching more about the sick and twisted game show.
Idk, I still haven't watched the full series yet, so I wouldn't know what the roles of the characters represented make reference to.
