[Y/N]: What are you two doing here?

My boss, Futaro and I were looking at Miku and Nino who had come to work at the Revival shop. I know I put up the ad close by but I didn't think they'd try to work here.

Nino: I want to know why she's here, too.

Boss: I'd love to hire both of you, but we only need one. If either Uesugi-kun or [Y/N]-kun. were to quit.

Futaro: Oh, come on, Boss...

[Y/N]: You make good jokes.

I cracked my knuckles with a smile as Futaro gives off a laugh. Suddenly, Miku stood up from her chair as all attention was on her.

Miku: I'd like to make cakes.

Futaro, Nino and I were shocked. Honestly not because she's willing to make cakes but because most people already know that her cooking is like the devil's blood.

Boss: You're good at it, huh? Then you can-

Nino: H-Hey, wait a minute! I'm better than her!

Miku: I've made chocolates tons of times this year.

Nino: Seriously? That was with my help!

Miku: I managed to make it on my own in the end.

I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose before stopping the girls from fighting. Suddenly, I hear my boss call out to me as I look at him.

Boss: They're your friends right?

[Y/N]: Yeah, sort of.

Boss: Then you deal with it.

[Y/N]: HUH!?

The two girls then turn their attention to me. Of course. Boss loves putting either Futaro or me in these types of situations.

Miku: [Y/N], what are you going to do?

Nino: You'd obviously choose me, right?

Miku: I'll do anything you need.

Miku and Nino: So choose me.

This is honestly nerve-wracking. No wonder Boss had me deal with it. I thought of a way to choose so I decided to let them have a cook-off. Obviously, Nino won so she got hired for the job.

We then let them go and I apologised to Miku for mot getting hired. Though... I might quit this job either way. I'm getting sick and tired over not being able to go into the kitchen to cook.

Boss: [Y/N]-kun. Have you been thinking about quitting?

[Y/N]: H-Huh? Why do you say that?

Boss: A friend of mine across the street have been needing workers there. I know how bad of a cook you are and how you're better at bakery.

(A/N: That's me. Not even allowed in mom's kitchen unless she's baking. Haha... *flashbacks to breaking the stove* Yeah...)

[Y/N]: So, you're firing me?

Boss: No. You're going to be working two jobs.

[Y/N]: What?

Boss: I still need workers here so you're only doing a part time job there and here.

[Y/N]: O-Oh... That works.

Going to school, Futaro went to talk with Ichika. I was in my new class thinking about the time during the family vacation. I heard someone calling out my name so I shook my head and looked up.
