Itsuki: My father... But... I heard he disappeared before we were born... Are you really him...?

Mudou: I''ve always wanted to see you all this time. You girls were always on my mind as I was travelling around the country as a lecturer.

Itsuki: I... I'll call everyone here.

I took my phone out to call the others but I had other intentions. I was about to call [Y/N]-kun. I knew what my biological father did so I had no intentions of welcoming him with open arms. Before I could even call [Y/N]-kun, Mudou-sensei or as I should say... father, put his hand on my phone to stop me.

Mudou: Right now, I am talking to you, Itsuki-chan. You attending my workshop was definitely no coincidence. You were troubled about something, and you confided in me. Now it's my time to fulfill my duty as a fath-

Itsuki: What are you saying after all this time!? Mom told me about you! You disappeared after you found out she was carrying quintuplets! Can you imagine how mom would've felt at that time...? When it... comes to you, I...

Before I could say anything more, he immediately got on his knees and slammed his head against the floor. This shocked me even more than the others around me.

I stare down at him and see how pathetic he really is. It definitely is rude for me to say that but it's true. After all those years, now he comes and shows himself? Even [Y/N]-kun would find it pathetic. And even worse, he's asking for forgiveness.

He lifts his head as I see blood begin to drip from his forehead. It concerns me to see how he would go to such lengths for forgiveness.

Itsuki: ...Please don't involve yourself with us anymore. We already have a father.

Mudou: Nakano-kun, huh? He was excellent student, but I must say, he failed as a father. As expected, a relationship by blood is essential between a father and a daughter. What was he able to do when your mother died?

I was shocked to hear him mention this. It was ironic to hear that from him. He wasn't even there for us when mom died.

Mudou: He allowed my daughter to keep chasing after the shadow of her deceased mother. You're even about to go down the same misguided path your mother took. You should know better than anyone that you're not cut out to be a school teacher.

I looked down, remembering exactly what mother had said to me. It was not a nice thing to say when it comes to my dream to becoming like mother.

Ichika: Eh? Itsuki-chan?

Currently walking Ichika back home, I proceeded to ask her about Itsuki. Leaving out the fact I know who their biological father is of course.

Ichika: I haven't seen her since yesterday so I wouldn't know. Why do you ask?
