Manga Chapter 24

I opened my eyes after hearing my alarm clock. I look around and thought that yesterday was just a dream. That is until I felt the pain on my cheek from falling down the stairs.

[Y/N]: Guess it really did happen. Nice.

Futaro: [Y/N], you're awake.

[Y/N]: How long was I out?

Futaro: Not long. I was just about to wake you up anyway. It's time for school.

Raiha: Wakey wakey! Time for school! Stop spacing out and go get changed, you two!

[Y/N]: Wha- yeah, we got that.

Raiha then pushes us to get changed for school so we did just that. We did take our time for it though which made Raiha a little disappointed.

Raiha: There isn't that many days left until graduation. Don't start being late now!

Futaro: It's [Y/N] you need to worry about. I'm waiting for him.

[Y/N]: Wha- Where's my phone!?

Futaro: It's over here.

[Y/N]: Geez, come on let's go to school already.

Raiha: Wait! Have breakfast first! Geez... you two really make me worry. I won't be around to prepare for you two next year, you know!

[Y/N]: Yeah, we know, Raiha. We'll have breakfast and then we'll be off.

Raiha then smiles as Futaro and I grabbed our breakfast and went off to go to school. Raiha and Isanari waved us off and we left for school.

Futaro and I will graduate from high school and then we leave home. That'd something we'd already decided on even before we enrolled. Academics is our only weapon. That's why, for the sake of our future prospects, I can never be too careful about my education path.

We even already thought about going to the same university, same home so we'll be living together again. Everything we're gonna do is going to be done together.

[Y/N]: I don't think that philosophy has changed. If anything has changed...

Ichika: Ah, it's [Y/N] and Futaro.

The two of us looked up and see the quints though Itsuki had her back turned to us. Is she sulking? Did I do something wrong?

Ichika: Morning'~ Did you two have trouble waking up today?

Miku: It's rare to see you two walk and not talk. It's dangerous to walk while staring at your feet

Yotsuba: Good Mooorning, Uesugi-san and [Y/N]-san!

Nino: How much longer are you going to keep that stiff tone with him?

I chuckled as Futaro waves at them. I then looked up at them and smiled.

[Y/N]: 'Sup.

Futaro and I approached as they talked about many different things. Itsuki still didn't say anything which actually made me concerned.

Ichika: Ah. It's getting late.

Yotsuba: Itsuki, Ichika's leaving.

Itsuki: A-Ah! D-Do your best!

[Y/N]: Whoa! You look terrible!
