Thunder crashed outside the doors of the hospital driving people inside the building for cover. Something of which nobody wanted. Whilst passersby ran in, Melissa spent her time getting people out. Many towns were threatened for floods and the power was already out in most of them. Aside from all that, whilst all this was happening another teacher was murdered at the recital and Lydia was kidnapped. Only to be found by Noah, Scott and Stiles seconds before she would have died by strangulation at the hands of Jennifer Blake. Ms Blake being the Darach and the being responsible for all the sacrificial murders happening in the town. Before she could be killed, she revealed her slashed up form to the group and took Mr Stilinski. A desperate attempt to finish her sacrifices. Meanwhile, their strongest assets were out for the count in hospital beds. Aurelia due to the Flame Lily and Cora due to the hit to her head. And Lydia in another hospital at the edge of town with Roman, who had gone with her. The second Peter discovered the Flame Lily on the lips of the Lahey, him and Derek instantly flushed her mouth out with water and tried there best to remove it from her system. Luckily, she didn't feel a thing as she was asleep. The amount in her system was enough to kill her, but fortunately Peter had got to her in time. Quick enough to get the majority of it out, but still she was weak and vulnerable.

Running out from behind the reception, Melissa jumped as she turned the corner to a group of young nurses. Taking the bed from one of their hands she beckoned them to follow her and began walking with them. "Okay, all medications should be sealed inside the plastic bags, and the patients carry it in their hands. When you've completely evacuated the room, you mark the door with a red 'X', okay?" The nurses nodded and scurried off to there patients, giving Melissa time to gather her thoughts.

"What the hell is going on?" A middle aged doctor asked, coming up behind her and standing to her right.

"The weather called for mild thunderstorms this morning." Melissa chuckled, helping wheel a bed past her. "And now they're saying power is already out in several towns. Hill Valley's under a flood watch." She spoke, nodding at a fellow nurse and guiding the doctor to the side of the hall.

"I live in Hill Valley." The man deadpanned.

Melissa just stared at him in disbelief, shocked with that being his main priority. "Are your patients clear?"

"Uh—" He spoke, flipping over the pages on his notepad. "—All except for Cora Hale and Aurelia Lahey."

Tilting her head, Melissa nodded and took the clipboard from him. Taking a mental note of the room numbers, she slammed the clipboard on the table as she passed it and headed for the room.

"Hey, anyone want to tell me when they're getting my nie— these girls out of here?" Peter corrected, slipping up when he almost referred to Lia as his niece. Since Derek had to leave as Scott and Stiles needed his help, Peter wheeled Lia's bed into Cora's room and stood between them.

"Sorry, but they weren't, uh—" Melissa choked, meeting eyes with the Hale she knew to be dead. "—You're supposed to be dead." She pointed out, watching him slip back into the shadows.

"I get that a lot actually." Distracting the McCall from her fear, her attention was pulled to the younger Hale as her eyes flew open and her chest raised as she gasped for breath. Beeping from the monitor increased in frequency before she rolled onto her side and vomited. Black blood and small white spheres fell from her lips and splattered across the floor. Melissa moved forwards instantly as Peter looked down at the mess, piecing together the rest of the story he was missing.

Whilst other doctors and nurses rushed around the room, and the extra bed, to help Cora, Peter's phone started to buzz on the table next to him. Reading Derek's name on the screen, he clicked answer and held the phone to his ear. Derek's voice flooded the end of the phone, demanding to know how Cora was. "It's not good." He responded. "She's in and out of consciousness. She's vomiting up black blood along with one other alarming substance—"
