Stiles had been MIA for the entirety of the Sunday following the party. When Lia had called him, he had answered, but claimed he had been busy trying to figure out the links between Kira and Barrow. Why exactly he had wanted her dead and who exactly had left the coded message on the chalk board for him to target her. His voice seemed uneven over the phone, wobblily almost. But she had just assumed that it was due to him being so stressed out about the attack.

So when, both Lia and Scott received the same message the following Monday, they both rushed and met each other outside the classroom where Stiles had instructed them too.

They were only stood there seconds before Stiles rushed around the corner and took both of their hands. Before dragging them both roughly into the classroom. "Okay so, Caitlin, the girl whose girlfriend died during the sacrifices. Well, she got really drunk. So I tried helping her sober up, like you'd want me too, Lia." Stiles explained, watching as his girlfriend smiled at him and nodded to continue. "Well we were talking about the glow in the dark paint and then my keys fell out of my pocket. Which is when I realise, they were glowing with the same stuff. She then starts talking about phosphors and the keys have chemicals on them, right? And so that made me think of the chemistry closet and the fact that someone had to let Barrow in."

By this point Stiles had turned around to face the chalkboard. Expecting there to be something written over it.

"It's gone." He stopped when he looked up at the empty green square. Lia and Scott looked between each other, growing even more concerned for the boy each passing minute. "Okay, it doesn't matter though. I've still got the key." Stiles states, pulling his keys out of his pocket and shuffling though them. "What the hell?" He muttered, rifling through them once more. "I had it here. I had it here this morning. I swear to God, I had it this morning." Stiles said, sadly.

"The key you were talking about the other night?" Scott asked, Lia remembered the slight bit of the conversation she heard.

"Yeah, I showed it to you, right?" Scott looked unsure. "Didn't I show it to you?"

Scott shook his head solemnly, concern radiating from him in waves. "No, you just told me about it. I never actually saw it."

Stiles moved, beginning to walk towards the front of the room again. Talking over his shoulder as he walked. "I was here that night. And the message left to Barrow spelling Kira's name was right there on the board in my handwriting and I had the key to the chemistry closet."

Lia's mind was racing, trying to convince herself that this was all a dream. It couldn't possible be Stiles that Jaiyana had seen in her vision. Could it?

"So you think you unlocked the chemistry closet so Barrow could hide in it from the cops and then you wrote him a message to kill Kira?" Lia reiterated, trying to get his story straight in her mind.

"I know how it sounds." Stiles whispered, his voice not daring go any louder. Through fear it would break. "But look at this." He said pulling out a slip of paper from his pocket. "This is the news report that came out about when Barrow. When they caught him, okay? About the shrapnel bomb that he used. See this? He put nuts, bolts, and screws. And then he hid the bomb and the detonator in a box that he wrapped as a birthday present. What does that sound like to you?"

"Coach." Lia breathed.

"The joke we played on Coach. That was my idea. You remember? That was my idea." Stiles rambled, blinking his eyes rapidly. As if, trying to keep himself awake. "That's no coincidence. It can't be."

"I don't want to sound like I'm trying to tell you that you're wrong. But I don't think you're trying to kill people either." Scott comforted, his hand finding its way to Stiles' shoulder.
