A "friend"

Yeji's pov

"Since we're alone can we get to know each other? I start... who was that from earlier" I decided to go straight to the point since this might be the only chance i get, but of course her phone had to interrupt us. She looked at me asking for permission which i gave her, it might be something important.
She didn't leave to a conner so she could have privacy she stayed here walking by my side still so I couldn't help and be noisy.

"Hey...yeah sorry about that...you don't need to embarrass me more than I already" She was smiling, and god her smile is divine, i just wish I could make her smile like that.
What are you thinking Yeji you know this girl for not so long.
I was facing the floor now but still listening to her conversation.
"Yeah that's fine, see you tomorrow then bye" It seemed like she was trying to hurry up to hang up.

"Sorry about that, it was the girl from earlier" I got a little sad, after all she was the one making her smile and i still want to have a chance with her "She's my ex, we're trying to be friends again but nothing more" She got closer to me which made me look at her.

"Oh okay... you still like her?" She started laughing i gave her a confused look "Why you're laughing, I didn't say anything funny" i pouted and she stop laughing but she had now the most beautiful smile i've ever seen.

"You're right you didn't say anything funny but if you wanna ask me if I'm interested in anyone you could ask me directly... I don't like her like that anymore, I have my eyes set on someone else" y/n looked at me as if she was mentioning something, no that can't be it she wouldn't be interested in me that's too good to be true.

"I like when you get flustered, you look even cuter" Y/n stop please or i will die here.

We finally got to the store after y/n made me blush the whole way here. I was picking up some ice cream while y/n was getting drinks.
I bended so could get the ice cream and i felt someone behind me, inches of my, I pretended to look for more ice cream to see if they would go away but they didn't. I felt them coming next to me and they were now whispering in my ear.

"Are you gonna take long to choose the ice creams?" I realized that was Y/n and as an impulse I stepped back and i was getting hotter. Why is she doing these stuff i will die tonight...

Y/n's pov

I was planning on teasing Yeji in this short time we were together. I had to make the best out of i. We were walking back when a group of university students stopped us.

"Hi beauty, could I maybe have your number?" He was looking at Yeji, I didn't like this but couldn't do anything if Yeji agreed with it.

"Umm I don't know you so no" He was shocked and then he grabbed her arm and started saying more stuff but I couldn't hear anymore I was focus on his filthy hand around her pulse.

"You're hurting me, I won't give you my number just leave us alone" She tried to take his hand out but she couldn't so I grabbed his pulse as hard as I could and he immediately let go of Yeji.

"She said let go so all you have to do is let go and disappear out of my sight" He looked at me like i was crazy.

"Crazy bitch" He whispered for himself.

I turned to face Yeji and she was almost crying so I hugged her and she hugged back.
She whispered a small thank you.

"You don't need to thank me"

"Let's go, Ryujin and Lia are probably screaming for me right now" She laughed it off. We kept on going till Doyeon's house and I could manage to make Yeji forget the little incident.

We got in the house and Ryujin hugged me, i looked at Yeji confused and Yeji shook her head saying she has no idea.

"Ryujin? This is y/n..." Ryujin looked a little up at me and said "I know" She let go and Alex stood in front of me.

"Took you long enough jeez"  He grabbed the drinks out of my hand.

"Yeah sorry Yeji kept me occupied..." I sent a smirk to Yeji and everyone looked at us surprised. Yeji looked at me in disbelief.

"Yah what you're saying? They going to get the wrong impression" She slapped me softly on my arm and pouted. I then whispered to her ear.

"That's the whole point" I walked away from her and sat on the circle with the others. Yeji sat across me after she recovered from what i said.

Time skip

We were playing spin the bottle for a while now and my phone rang again. I decided to pick up.

"Hi momo what you want?"

"I think you should open what i'm going to send your right now" She sounded concerned.

I opened the article she sent me and what a pain in my ass. Some paparazzi took a picture of me and Han So-Hee and they were instituting were were dating again.
How troublesome.

"Ugh what am I supposed to do with this?"

"Explain it to me, what do you mean? How come you don't tell your sister you were dating again"  I laughed.

"Because we're not dating, we're trying to be friends and i have my eyes on someone else right now"

"Oh once again you didn't tell me this..."

"I will tell you tomorrow at lunch okay?"

"You better, bye"

I hang up and went inside again.

"Y/n is backkkk, come here y/n unnie" yuna pulled me down next to her. I looked at yeji but Yeji was so focused on Yuna, if looks could kill Yuna would be for sure dead.

Yuna spun the bottle and i knew tonight was my lucky night, it ended on me and Yeji.

"Uhhh i have a person one hehe Y/n you have to kiss Yeji" Doyeon said and i looked at her in disbelief, she was really drunk. I look at Yeji right after she was mad blushing.

"So it's on you, it's your decision"
