The next day, I wake up to a good morning text from Grayson. I'm not expecting it, and it's honestly kind of cute.

It leaves me to think about him at work, not being able to focus very well. I'm lucky it's a slow day.

I quickly hurry home after my shift so I can get ready for Graysons fight. I end up spending a little extra time getting ready, even putting on a little makeup. I enjoy wearing makeup, but Wesley never really let me wear it. I could get away with mascara sometimes, but as soon as he would make me cry, it always ran down my cheeks.

I don't even realize that I'm trying harder than usual until I get dressed. I end up deciding on a light purple pair of leggings and a cropped band shirt. I don't even feel uncomfortable in it, like I would usually.

I drive to the arena with music playing from my speakers, something I haven't done happily in a while. All of the songs seem to make me think of Grayson.

As I walk into the large room, I'm shocked when Grayson doesn't even greet me, simply walking past me. He barely even looks at me. I mean, I didn't expect him to shower me in kisses, but I didn't think he would straight up just ignore me. Did I do something?

I frown but brush it off. Maybe he's just trying to focus on his fight.

"Eve!" Kristina cheers as soon as she sees me. I give her a warm smile as she rushes to hug me, lifting me off my feet slightly. At least someone is happy to see me.

"I love your shirt" she compliments, feeling the material. I smile widely.

"Thank you. Your hair looks cute" I reply, making her grin even more. Her hair is mostly down, but a few parts are braided into a crown around her head.

"Ethan did it!" she says excitedly. Ethan's head pops up when he hears her say his name, and he doesn't hesitate before walking towards us.

My eyebrows shoot up at her answer.

"He did?" I laugh, spinning her to look at it.

Ethan gives me a warm hug as he gets to us. He's my favorite twin right now.

"You did really well on her hair, it's pretty," I tell him. He grins proudly, tilting her head to look at it.

"Thanks, took me three tries to get it right" he chuckles. I laugh with him. I'm glad they're here.
