You can't take back the things you said... Maybe I'm not built for love.

I haven't gone home in two days.
I had work today, so I bought some clothes and showered in the locker room. It was very uncomfortable because of the thin shower curtain, but I didn't really have any other options.
My back is extremely sore from sleeping in my car. I'm afraid that if I go home, Grayson will still be there.
He's called me almost non-stop since I left. He surely thinks I'm dead by the number of missed calls I have.
The shower didn't help my appearance much. I still look like shit. My eye bags are extremely dark from lack of sleep and I haven't had much to eat, so I'm more pale than usual. I just feel so sick.
My shift ends at six pm today. I usually love my job, but the only thing I want to do is leave. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm okay and I hate giving the "I'm fine" shit every time when it's obvious I'm not fine.
While driving around yesterday, I found a small playground near the empty parking lot. It's clearly old and I haven't seen any children, so I've been going there.
Yeah, it's kind of weird for an adult to go to a park, but where else am I going to go? I know I have to go home eventually, but I don't want to yet.
As soon as my shift ends, I hurry to change and leave the building. I look down as I speed walk to my car, fishing for my keys in my purse.
"Jesus, you're gonna get hit by a fucking car, Evangeline"
My head snaps up at the familiar voice.
What the fuck?
"I'm gonna kill myself, I swear to god" I mutter under my breath, finally finding my keys. I walk past him and he immediately follows.
"What? Why would you say that?" He rushes. I roll my eyes. I didn't mean for him to hear me.
I try to walk faster, but he only speeds up to catch up with me.
"Evangeline, you're not serious, right? Hey- wait" he continues.
I unlock my car and start to open the door, but Grayson pushes it shut.
"Hey-"
"Please don't say shit like that" he whispers. I scoff and look down.
"Yeah, because you care so much," I say sarcastically. He stays quiet, making me look back up at him. His eyebrows are slightly furrowed and his mouth is titled into a frown.
I try to open my door again, but he pushes it shut again, leaving his hand on it. He steps closer to me and I quickly take a step back, my back now pressed against my car.
