I have work two days after the party, and I really do not want to go. My head still hurts from drinking so much.
I also haven't left Grayson's house since the party. I tried to go home, thinking I was bothering him, but he talked me into staying.
My alarm goes off at 8 am, leaving me only a few minutes to get up and leave so I can go home to get ready. I had my alarm set for leaving my house, meaning it didn't have the added time I need to get home from Grayson's.
Grayson seems to wake up in a panic when I jump out of his grip.
"What's wrong?" he asks quickly, stumbling to stand. I shake my head and step towards him to ease his nerves.
"Nothing, sorry, I've got work in an hour and I still have to go home and get ready," I say quietly. He nods understandably.
"I'll walk you out" he hums.
He takes my hand to lead me down the stairs and outside.
"You okay?" He asks gently, opening my car door for me. I nod my head slightly.
"I'll see you later?" he continues hopefully. I nod again.
"Okay, have a good day, sweets," he says kindly. He opens his arms and I happily step into them, closing my eyes when my face meets his chest.
"Text me if you need anything, or just if you want to, okay?" he says sternly. I hum into his chest.
"Alright now give me a kiss, pretty girl," he says quietly. I don't hesitate to lean back so he can reach my face. He kisses me too sweetly for a goodbye kiss. Makes me wanna stay and kiss him all day.
"I'll see you soon, bye," he says, giving me one last kiss. I nod and turn to get into my car, letting him step to put my seatbelt on me. He kisses my head on the way back before stepping away so I can back out of the driveway.
God, I really fucking like him.
