Chapter 2: Fishing for a travel guide.

It has been a little over 2 months since the incident of Aether's lost sister, yet Aiko has still been a bitch throughout the whole thing. The only thing that kept Aiko from leaving them all together was the random fact that Luna's bag had like an infinite amount of fucking wine bottles. Luna was still always sleepy and trying to comfort Aether the best she could but that wasn't going to do much, probably because Luna didn't know how to comfort people and she only experienced little affection throughout her life, the only affection she had in life was when Aiko would show her affection.

  Currently, it was the start of a new day, Aether and Aiko had woken up but Luna hadn't for obvious reasons. "*Yawn* Morning Aether.." Aiko said while walking up to him. "Oh.. Good morning, is Luna awake yet?" He asked while throwing the fishing line back into the water. "Pffft, No why'd you think she would be? She's a literal owl. Anyways..About what you're doing..What the fuck are you doing?" Aiko pointed at the fishing rod Aether was holding. "I wanted to do something and found a fishing rod..Not really looking for anything though.." Aether responded. A sudden sound of rustling caught the two off guard, but really it was just Luna who had just woken up, "G..Good Morning... Why are you guys up so early though?" Luna asked while rubbing her eyes, "LuLu, Hun, you just sleep too much.. Are you sure you're okay?" Aiko asked while hugging Luna from behind. "..Aether your fishing line is bobbing.." Luna said while completely ignoring Aiko's question, all three looked at the fishing line. *SPLASH, ZIP* The trio looked at what was on the end of the fishing line, a fucking child? Well, a dizzy-looking child. Aiko was the first to scream, "GAHHHHHHH! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING?!" She ran behind Luna and clutched onto her for dear fucking life."Shh, it's okay.. It's just a.. Child figure" Luna tried comforting Aiko by giving her head pats, Aether went up to it and lifted it up like a baby. "DON'T TOUCH IT! IF ANYTHING WE SHOULD KILL IT!" Aiko said pointing a finger at the child-looking thing as it rubbed its eyes. "Calm down Aiko..." Luna said, looking back at Aiko with bored eyes. Aiko quickly regained herself and walked toward the little thing, trying to wiggle out of Aether's arms. "Let Paimon go! Paimon does not like to be held like this!" The small figure supposedly named Paimon said in a scolding tone. "Ah, okay.." Aether quickly let go of Paimon, "SHOULDN'T WE AT LEAST GET A THANKS FOR SAVING YOUR DROWNING ASS?" Aiko screamed at Paimon, who in return just said 'Hmph!' and turned her head to the side with a pouting face.

"Paimon would give you thanks if you just stopped yelling at Paimon.. Wait on another hand, why are you wearing such.. Different clothing from the people in Tevyat?" Paimon said while pointing at both Luna and Aiko. "Ah, well, you see here Paimon we aren't from this world, like Aether over there. We somehow landed our dumbasses here. Oh and my name is Luna, the stubborn ass over there is Aiko, and the blondie is Aether." Luna while pointing at each of them but not losing eye contact with the float pixie. "Oh well nice to meet you all! Besides you, Aiko.. Well, Paimon's name is Paimon! So..What brings you all here?" Paimon questioned. Aether then starts talking about how the trio ended up in Tevyat, about his sister, and about Luna and Aiko. "So let Paimon get this straight.. You and your sister are people that hop from world to world and when you were about to head to another world an unknown goddess stopped you two? Then after your sister was taken away you saw those two fall out of a portal that opened up?" Paimon asked Aether. "Yeah.. That's basically the whole story summary" Aether responded as he looked down at the ground. "Hmm.. Paimon'll help you find your sister Aether! Just only if Aiko won't be mean to Paimon" Paimon requested, both Aether and Luna looked back at Aiko who was standing still like the standing woman emoji."FINE, you just caught me off guard is all, I won't be mean unless you piss me off." Aiko said, shrugging. Paimon smiled and floated over to Aiko, circling her a bit before taking a seat on her shoulder. This startled Aiko a bit, causing her to jump. "What are you doing?!" Aiko scolded Paimon, who didn't move an inch. After Aiko got no answer from Paimon, she just scoffed and let Paimon rest on her shoulder. "What a Tsundere..." Luna said snickering. "Shut your ass up Ms.vampire," Aiko replied. Luna rolled her eyes and turned to Aether, who was studying Paimon carefully.

Luna reaches over to Paimon and pats her head, yawning. "Really? Already tired?" Aiko asked Luna teasingly, who just rolled her eyes playfully. "How exactly do you plan on finding your sister?"Aiko asked Aether. "Paimon shall help you! Paimon shall be a travel guide to travelers!" Paimon said smiling, her loud voice ringing in Aiko's ears. "Alright then, what's our first step?" Aether asked Paimon, "We'll have to go to the Anemo God's statue first. Paimon knows where it is! Follow Paimon" The trio and Paimon start walking towards the path of the statue, in which Aiko and Luna drown themselves in wine.

Quick fun fact break: the actual writers of this story are not alcoholics, but we most likely are going to become one.

After swimming across the river the 4 come across the statue of Barbatos. "Well, this is it! A statue of the seven. These are scattered all across Teyvat and they all represent the god of that nation!" Paimon explained. "Didn't know we were getting a history lesson..." Aiko muttered, studying the statue. Luna, beginning to get bored, walked up to the statue and touched it, "What are you doing! HAVE YOU NOT SEEN THE MOVIES? NEVER TOUCH A STATUE OF A GOD!" Aiko said, shaking her head. Suddenly a soft green light appeared and gently floated towards Luna, which then proceeded to float to her stomach and disappeared. "Told you..."

Aiko scolded. "Woah.. Did you just feel the power of the Anemo archon?" Paimon asked while floating towards her. "If you call becoming less tired then ok"

"I don't think it's possible for Luna to become less tired but ok," Aiko said moving next to Luna, studying her closely. "She doesn't look any different."  Aiko shrugged. Luna then lifted her hand and made a breeze, "Ooo, how'd you do that? Do you have powers that you didn't tell us about?" Paimon said while in awe over the little breeze. Aiko also watched in awe, counting her fingers to make sure she wasn't just drunk.

Soon enough the other two touched the statue and were granted the Ameno power, but Aiko's power being  gentle, it literally jabbed her stomach. "So basically the more statues we find, the more powers we get?" Aether asked Paimon. Paimon shook her head "For the different statues we find, we get different powers. Like how Luna touched the statue of the Anemo Archon she was given Anemo powers and so on. But that's the weird part.. How did you guys get powers if you don't even have visions?" Paimon asked, eying the trio suspiciously. "I dunno, but lemme get something straight, each time we find a statue, we get different powers? Is it different for all of us?" Aiko asked. "Nope!" Paimon said. "But, You all will get abilities that most likely are different." Paimon continued. "Damn, I can't believe that I almost didn't want to come," Aiko said, patting Paimon on the head, causing Paimon to smile and giggle. "Where to next shortly?" Aiko asked Paimon. "TO THE WOODS!" Paimon exclaimed happily. "It's like the movie to the woods all over again," Luna said smugly, yawning every 2 minutes.

As the trio were heading towards the woods the roar of a dragon was heard from above them. "WOAH! THE FUCK?!" Aiko yelled as she held onto Luna. "Seems like ts heading to the woods..We should go" Luna suggested, "ARE YOU FUCKING INSANE?!" Aiko yelled at her hand.

   "If I wasn't..We probably would've stopped being friends a long time ago Aiko-chan." Luna replied. Aiko shrugged and got off of Luna, knowing she was right. "Alright then..let's go see a dragon's," Aiko said, smirking. "You have serious Bipolar issues.." Aether muttered. "I know that blondie!" Aiko snapped. "But if you'd really like to see the definition of mental issues go see LuLu," Aiko said teasingly, causing her to get a smack from Luna, Aiko just laughed. "If you don't shut up you won't see the word alcohol ever the fuck again," Luna said while putting away her pocket knife. Aiko rolled her eyes. "Fine, but I want to see some dragons!" Aiko smiled. On that note, the three amigos plus Paimon, descended further into the woods, to see some goddamn dragon
