Dating Chris Evans one shots and imagines

A Cinderella story

This was based on a Cinderella story but changed for a few reasons, the song that Chris sings is called 'when love has gone away' by jetlag productions and I thought it fitted him perfectly.

It was a fancy dress party that both you and Chris were attending, although you didn't know it was him you had been talking online and texting. The costume you were wearing was a strapless ball gown and matching mask, you and Chris had both agreed to meet in the middle of the dance floor.

You entered the party, as you made your way down the stairscase, everyone stopped to look at you as you made your way down the grand staircase.

Woke up around a half past 10
Cant believe that I'm late again
Put down about a quart of caffeine

As you moved in between everyone dancing to get to the middle of the dance floor where you had agreed to meet him, you suddenly felt nervous, like this was suppose to be. As you waited many men came up to you wanting to dance with you, but you just sent them on their way. Suddenly you felt a tap on your shoulder "Y/n/n?" He said, as you turned around, "Chris Evans? Your Romeo1981?" You responded stunned, "yeah I guess my costume doesn't do a very good job of hiding my identity," he noticed you were nervous, "hey do you want to go somewhere quieter?" You nodded and he offered out his hand and you took it, together you walked and down a path lit up with fairy lights.

I grab my jeans off the floor
Then I hit the door
Its just the same old same

As you guys were walking you both decided to play 20 questions to get to know each other. "So would you tell me who you are if I guessed it?" He asked, "maybe we will have to see" you answered with a smile.

When everything's about to change

Started out like any other

You ended up at a small gazebo decorated with white roses and fairy lights, "would you like to dance?" He asked holding out his hand, "but there's no music?" You asked, just as you said that some musicians began to play their violins.

Then she turned around

You both enjoyed dancing together, looking into each other others eyes, he was going to remove your mask, you flinched and he left it, he then decided to almost kiss you.

Had the best day of my life
Can't say exactly what it was
She's not the usual type
She wore a cowboy hat

Suddenly your phone alarm goes off, "I'm so sorry but I have to go" you said as you rushed back up the path, into the party and back up the grand staircase, with Chris hot on your trail, as you got outside you lost both your shoe and dropped your phone. As you disappeared Chris came out the front and found both your shoe and phone.

With her red Prada boots
And a Gwen Stefani smile
Then she pulled out a pen
And surprised me when
She wrote her number on my hand
Then she was gone

But from now on
I'm gonna be a different man

You only realized when you got back home that you lost your phone and your shoe. Your best friend and roommate asked you how it was, and you spared no details, "you need to contact Chris and tell him you're Cinderella" he said, "I don't know Steve, anyway how was your date with that guy Scott?" You responded, "it was great and he was amazing, hey don't change the subject, but we have organized another date if you must know", he said teasing you. "Well how about I make you a deal, when I introduce you to Scott, you need to contact Chris to tell him who you are?" Steve finished, "deal, although how do I contact him? I lost my phone Steve, any ideas?" You said defeatedly,  "I know someone who might be able to help, let me give him a call?", After that you went to get ready to bed, thinking what if he forgets about me.

Back at Chris's mum's place Chris was talking to his mum and siblings explaining what happened and why he has someone's show and phone. "Ooh maybe Chris will get his happy ending soon", Shanna squealed. "But Chris how are you going to find your Cinderella?" Lisa questioned, "I don't know, but I might put something up on Twitter, and try and crack her phone to get in for any number." Scott suddenly chirped "ooh it's Steve, I gotta take this", as he bounced out of the room.

As Scott was talking to Steve on the phone, Chris was trying to unlock your phone to get an address or anyone's number, but it wasn't working. Chris let out a sigh in defeat, while looking at your shoe, it was clear and it actually did look like a glass slipper, he began to sing, "Where has she been all my life I'm drawn like a moth to her flame,I'd make her my princess, I'd make her my wife,but I don't even know her name, How can I find her,Where could she be?,Without her I won't be the same, without her my heart will never be free,but I don't even know her name." Lisa and Carly stood outside his door listening, when Scott and Shanna came up, "ooh he's got it bad", Shanna said, "well I think I may have found her, thanks to my new boyfriend", Scott said and they all came up with the plan of dragging Chris to lunch with them the next day and Steve would do the same.

Steve got you to agree to going to lunch with him and to meet Scott the next day, you knew once you'd met him you would have to somehow contact Chris about your phone. That night you went to bed curious, wondering what the next day would bring.

The next morning at the restaurant you and Steve were waiting for Scott, Steve had told you Scott was bringing his brother with him so you wouldn't feel like a third wheel. Steve saw Scott and waved to him, and Scott came over and introduced himself to you, instantly you realized that Steve and Scott had set this up, then Chris appeared "it's you" Chris excitedly spoke, all you could do was smile, "you left this behind" smiling he handed you your phone back, "thank you", you said to him and you apologized for running out on him.

A few months later on the dinner date that he had planned, he told you to where the dress you had worn to the party that night, but you told him you didn't have the other shoe to go with it, dressed as prince charming again he knelt down and held the other shoe out and you slipped your foot in, "perfect fit" he said smiling as you kissed him.
