Today was amazing, Chris had organized a family trip to Disneyland, and to your surprise, he asked his family to come with, so they could help with a special surprise he had planned just for you.

Here the 3 of you were, your c/n/n was staring wide eyed and amazed at everything, chris had them sitting on his shoulders, pointing out every thing. Your first stop was the little mermaid ride and the 3 of you got in a clam and went for a ride. Everyone must have thought you were the strangest family as you were all singing as you went through the ride.

A few more rides later and it was time for the parade, as you stood watching it with Chris and munchkin, you had a flash back of your first time there with Chris, it seemed so long ago, you smiled as you remembered when he first took your hand, and pulled you close, but things were different now, you had been together for 6 years, had your son/daughter, travelled together, it was so strange being back. As you came back out of your thoughts you noticed, chris looking at you with that loving look that he gave you, and you noticed that someone was starting to get tired, so you guys headed back to the hotel to put y/c/n/n  down for a nap, when you got there and put him/her down, you came back out to where chris was and he wrapped his arms around you.

"So I've got two more surprise's for you, " he said; "hmm like what?" You answered, "go get dressed up as mum and the rest of the family will be here soon.." your face must have been white with shock, "earth to y/n, go get changed", so you did, chris came in and got changed as well. Lisa, scott, carly and shanna arrived with the kids, to baby sit, before you left, you went and softly woke y/c/n , and told him/her that you would be back soon and you loved them.

Chris was absolutely speechless when he saw the beautiful black dress you were wearing, and you guys left for the night. "You look absolutely stunning, my love", he said, "thank you, you don't look so bad yourself", you sassed him. You arrived at the Be Our Guest restruant and were escorted to a private room. You both ordered and started with a glass of wine, you noticed chris seemed a bit nervous, after dinner you both were talking about the past and all your adventures together, although it reminded you of the one thing that always use to bother you, he never popped the question, and you always wondered why but you let it go, you just felt so lucky to be with him and the woman he had a future with. Out of no where he started to remind you of all of your favorite things, and previous dates, you then seen him drop to one knee, "y/n, you are my everything, and you gave me the world, love, a son/daughter that I love so much in this world, most of all you trusted and gave me your heart, what I am trying to say is y/f/n y/m/n y/l/n will you spend the rest of your life with me and marry me?". You looked into his eyes smiling "yes I will", he slipped the ring on your finger and got up and kissed you, just as he did that dessert came out.

After dinner and your engagement, you went to watch the fireworks at cinderellas castle, as a newly engaged couple. You got another couple who was there to take a picture of you both so you could announce the good news once you told your families.

Once you got back to the hotel and told Lisa and the family, you both went to say goodnight to Y/c/n, and valentine's day became even more special once you found out a few weeks later. What a beautiful family affair.
