Baby's first Easter

The past year had flown so fast, it seemed like just yesterday you and Chris were having your last Easter as a couple and this time you were about to celebrate it as a family of 3 well not including the 3 dogs you have.

'I know this isn't the 1st Easter you had planned for her baby, but I promise we will make it the best' Chris spoke to you, you see you were really doing it tough with the lockdown and you wished your families could be together to help celebrate it with you guys. 'I know and I'm thankful that you got home to celebrate it with us.'

So the night before Chris took the baby for you as you iced the egg shaped biscuits with Nutella, they both tried to put their fingers in the Nutella, as you swatted his hand away y/b/n laughed and Chris started tickling you both!

Once the baby was down you and Chris went to the nursery and started to get the presents ready, as you both agreed to get more presents then chocolate this year as he/she was only 81/2 months old and didn't quite fully understand yet.

As you layed in bed, Chris wrapped his arms around you 'thank you so much for giving me the best gift this year' he said as he kissed your forehead. You brought your hand up to his face, cupped his cheek, looked into his eyes and kissed him, it was a sweet romantic kiss that created fireworks everytime just like when you kissed each other for the first time, it quickly got passionate, and he slid your shorts and crop top off, while you slid his boxers off to.. and you can guess what happens next.

The next morning you were awoken by your bubba and Chris, 'happy Easter bubba' you both said to your baby, and both kissed his/her cheek. 'Happy Easter babe' Chris said to you and you said it back. 'I think it's chocolate time' you chuckled as you seen bubs eyes widen, Chris went and picked out the bambi onsie and you both took him/her downstairs and put them in the highchair and you got the biscuits out and gave the baby one.

You and Chris took some photos of your little munchkin with chocolate going everywhere, it was so good to see him/her enjoying the morning so far even if he/she got messy. After he/she had the biscuits it was time to clean him/her up and then it was present time!

You popped your baby in the playpen while you guys got the presents and showed y/c/n, and he/she clapped for you guys. You put them in with he/her, and she was instantly fascinated, and started laughing. You and Chris happily sat down on the lounge, and just watched her. The best Easter so far, you thought, and you kissed Chris's cheek, 'as for what you said last night, thank you for helping me make him/her, we are really lucky', and the 3 of you enjoyed your Easter together.

This was just a short and sweet one that I thought you might like, sorry I haven't written alot lately and I have been super busy with the baby and balancing work along with going back to University to get my degree in teaching. I don't know about you guys but this lockdown is making me feel very much like I'm in the purge and I feel like a siren will go off at anytime. Please if you do feel alone or anything sad please talk to those you trust or feel like you can talk to.
