There is a brief moment of pause as it seems like Cardin falls to the ground in slow motion. As his body hits the floor, Goodwitch immediately composes herself and sets off the buzzer, signaling the end of the match.

Goodwitch: That is the end of the match. Everyone is dismissed, Mr. L/N, please stay after class for a moment. I need to speak with you. Oh, and Mr. L/N is the winner of the match due to a total aura knockout on Cardin. Would his team please come up and help him to the infirmary.

The class begins to file out as the rest of Cardin's team gets up onto the stage and helps get him out of the class. Once everyone is out, Goodwitch walks over to stand in front of you.

Goodwitch: What was that?!

Y/N: What?

Goodwitch: I thought you told us that you didn't know anything about this world, yet here you are, seemingly teleporting across the field! Not to mention the fact that Cardin clearly hit you but you seem perfectly fine! It's though you have a semblance and either you didn't tell us, or you just magically got one right here during the match! You don't even have an aura! Explain this right now!

You stare at here for a few moments as you think about what she said. Realizing it makes sense, you take notice of the fact that you feel no pain from where he hit you with his mace, yet you flew across the platform like you were hit by it normally. The teleportation thing makes sense because how else would you have appeared behind him after having just been under him?

Y/N: To be perfectly honest, I don't know what to tell you. All I know is that one moment, adrenaline is pumping, dodging attacks and firing shots into him. Which by the way, I have never been that accurate with that quick of firing. Next I am on the ground with Cardin standing over me with his mace swinging down, about to turn my head into mush. Then I am behind him, black smoke coming out of me, and I take the chance to take him out first. I am telling you with complete honesty that this is the first time this has happened. I was sure that I was going to lose right then and there, but my body just took over and acted like it had been doing all of that dodging and rolling for its whole life.

Goodwitch: *sigh* What are you doing after dinner? We need to tell Ozpin about this and by that point I will have gotten the camera footage to review while we are in there.

Y/N: Professor Oobleck asked me to help him move some boxes to help him prepare for the next semester, so I don't really know how long that will take.

Goodwitch: Of course he did. I'll talk to him and see if I can get some other student to help him instead. Meet me at the elevator to Ozpins office when you finish eating.

She then turns and walks to her office and closes the door, leaving you standing there on the platform. You walk back into the locker room and change back into your school uniform, and you put your weapons back into your locker. After that, you go to the dining hall to get dinner. As you exit the locker room, you notice Pyrrha standing a few feet away from the door.

Pyrrha: Hey Y/N. Would you mind weighing in on what that was back there?

Y/N: Sorry, but you know just as much as I do at the moment. I am going to be heading to Ozpins office after dinner to discuss it with Professor Goodwitch, and to review the camera footage.

Pyrrha: Ah, well congratulations on defeating Cardin. Not many can say that here. Those dodges were especially good.

Y/N: As much as I would like to say thank you, that wasn't really me, at least I don't think so. My body just sort of started moving on its own as though it new what to do. I am telling you honestly that I have never done anything quite like that in my whole life.
