9. Thorin x Hobbit Reader One

Plot: You are Frodo's sister, but you move to the Lonely Mountain. Y/N POV

I grew up with the stories my uncle Bilbo told me about his adventures. I've always wanted to see Erebor and the famous dwarves, especially Fili and Kili. I'm a hobbit, but not a ordinary, I always liked to go on an adventures and fight with swords, even if it's not at all suitable for a girl. 

One day when I have the opportunity to join my uncle when he travels to visit his friends in Erebor, I go right away. Gandalf has managed to get us a ride on the back of a eagle. All the way from the Shire to the Lonely Mountain. My brother Frodo stayed with Tooks, they're trying to make him a normal hobbit. 

We fly in peace over Mirkwood as my uncle says behind me "Look it's the Lonely Mountain" and point to the mountain in front of us. "Wow it's really awesome, I can't wait to meet the dwarves" I say, ecstatic. Bilbo has told me so many stories, even that, how the Durin's line survived, yet with serious wounds. 

After landing right before the gates of Erebor, I see a white-bearded dwarf waiving at Bilbo. "Hey, Balin. How are you?" Bilbo ask the dwarf. "Good, what about you? It's been a while since you last visited. Who is she?" Balin ask after noticing me still sitting on the Eagles back. "Oh, I adopted her ten years ago, she's Y/N" my uncle replies.

"It's nice to meet you, mister Balin. I'm so happy to meet you all in person" I say, landing from the back of eagle and jumping. "It's also nice to meet you, Y/N" Balin say with a kind smile. He lead us towards massive gates guarded by dwarf warriors.  

"The rest of the company has been waiting for your visit" Balin tells my uncle as I admire the beauty of the mountain. I always imagined what it would look like here, but even my wildest dreams couldn't have prepared me for the reality. 

Finally Balin arrive to his destination and open a door referring us to step inside.  "Bilbo" many voices shout scaring me. I see 12 dwarfs standing around a table. Two with red hair, two with white/grey, two with brown, one with hat, one with messy hair, two who seem to be brother and they look royal and handsome and last a black haired with a crown, he is very handsome. 

"Hey everyone. Is nice to see you again" Bilbo says and hug some of the dwarfs who come to him. "Who is she and what is she doing here?" I hear a baritone voice ask. When I look who it was, i see the one with the crown, he's probably the king, Thorin. I feel myself blushing, he is really handsome.  

"I adopted her, she is my family. Her name is Y/N Baggins" my uncle explains. "Hi" I say shyly, waiving my hand. I hear a choir of hello from the dwarfs. "I'm Fili and this in Kili" a blond dwarf introduce himself and his brother, or so is assume. "Can we show you around" Kili ask. I nod and they take my hands and pull me out.  

Thorin's POV

As our burglara introduce his new family member, I feel something I've never feel before. I look at her around her is a glow, her h/c glow beautifully and her e/c eyes sparkle. Then it hit me, I've found my One. Dis has explained many times how it feels to find One, and I'm sure she is my. 

I look after her when my nephews take her out. "Hey Bilbo, I missed you" I say to Bilbo. "I missed you too" he say smiling. "Thorin. I must tell you something about her. She has been bullied her whole life because she is not a normal hobbit. She cause causes trouble and love fighting with sword. If it isn't too much trouble can she stay here, if she want?" Bilbo ask worried. 

If it was someone other I never let them stay for a long time before I know them, but she is my One. "Of course she can stay. And you're welcome always when you want. Please follow me" I say leading him outside. "I must tell you something, Bilbo. Y/N is my One" I say fast and don't look at him. "That's wonderful Thorin. I'm so happy for you" Bilbo say really happy.

One year later... 

Y/N POV

I have been in Erebor now for a year. I'm very good friends with Fili, Kili, Ori and Bofur. And get well with other members of the company. I prank most of the time Thorin with Fili and Kili, it is fun to see how the king run after us in the halls of Erebor. Sometimes I miss Frodo and Bilbo. 

I hide behind a statue with Fili and Kili, holding a rope. We planed to shake water over Thorin when he walk past. "Shh, stay quiet" I whisper to Fili and Kili. I see Thorin walking down the hall, I pull the rope and watch how the water falls down on him. I and the brothers start running when Thorin shout "Y/N. Fili. Kili. COME RIGHT BACK!!!". 

We run, but I start laughing so hard that Thorin catch me. I try to get out of his hold, but fail. "Now you come to with me" he whisper in my ear. It make me plush, I have grow very fond of him. He carry me on a balcony and says "We need to talk".   

I feel really nervous, I've never been with Thorin all alone. "I must tell you something. And I understand if you don't like it" Thorin say, when I look up at him he see little nervous and worried. What in the world could be so scary that Thorin act like this? 

"I assume you know what One mean for dwarfs. And that everyone have just one" Thorin say as I nod. "I want just tell you that you are my One, and I love you more than this whole mountain, Amrâlime. You are only one who can do those things and I can't be angry very long. I understand when you don't feel the same, but I want to ask if you honor me and be my queen, Gishavel ?" Thorin ask and I can see a him blushing under his beard. 

I stand there out of words, I never dreamed that this can be true one day. Then I remember that I need to answer "I love you too, Thorin. And I'm honored to bee your queen even I don't know if I can do it" I say shyly. Thorin just smile and put his hand on my cheek and lean down. When our lips tough I feel like one of Gandalf's fireworks explodes behind my eyes. Thorin's beard feel weird, but I like it. I know that Fili and Kili never let me hear end of this, but now I happy staying in Thorin's arms.
