18. Werewolf x reader Wolfy

Plot: A werewolf who as been bothering a village, takes a young woman, Y/N, whit him. After spending there half a year with the werewolf they are friends, but Y/N is the Mate of the werewolf.

I live in a village that has been disturbed it's whole history with werewolf attacks. The werewolf that is attacking now is called Moon, but his real name is Josh. The werewolves have never actually hurt any humans they only steal foot and sometimes clothes or other items. 

I am currently walking trough the market peacefully but it is quickly interrupted when a wolf howl is comes from a forest nearby.  Everyone starts panikin and running inside their homes, I stand frozen in one place as I see a big black wolf appear. 

Before I can move I feel something holding my cloak, I slowly look up and see the wolf holding it in his teeth. I am really scared because he has never harmed any humans but why is he now taking me  into the woods. What did I do wrong? Why is he taking me with him? I have heard so many stories about how werewolves eat humans. 

After a while we arrive to a cave and Josh turns back into a human. I can't say that he isn't attractive, he has blue eyes and black hair. "Why did you take me?" I ask looking at him. "You are staying here" he says ignoring my question. I have no other choice than do as he says because if I try to run away I know he can catch me.

I have been living with Josh for six months. First it was hard, Josh doesn't talk much but somehow we became friends during those months. He treats me well and I have everything that I need for living. I actually am much happier here with him than in the village. 

"Food" Josh says as he hands me a bit cooked meat and vegetables. "Thank you" I say smiling at him. His expression doesn't change but I can see his eyes soften a bit. He doesn't show his emotions often, I have learned to understand him trough his eyes. We eat quietly our food, he even brought me an apple. 

After we finish eating Josh says "I want to show you something". I stand up and follow him outside. Josh gently takes my hand and leads me trough many bushes until we reach a beautiful meadow with a small pond. I can't lie, I think I have a small crush on him. I can't help it, he is nice and caring and very handsome. 

"Josh, it's beautiful" I say looking around. The meadow is full of flowers, in many different colors. I walk trough it letting my hand brush against the crass and flowers. Josh follows me quietly watching, I can feel hos gaze follow my every move. 

"I actually wanted to tell you something" Josh says and I stop walking. We are standing in the middle of the meadow now. "What is it?" I ask turning to face him. When I look at him he seems a bit nervous and even afraid. I have never seen him like this, not even when he faced a brown bear. 

"You know that wolves have mates and so do werewolves. I bet you have heard stories about them. What I am trying to say is that you are my mate, our souls have been connected for a long time. I didn't realize that until six months ago. I really like you a lot" Josh says, this must be the longest I have heard him talk in one go. 

I can't say anything, I just stare at him. I can't believe that I am his mate, we actually are soulmates. I have heard stories about werewolves and their mates, I heard too what happens if the mates reject them and I understand why he was nervous. 

Josh isn't looking at me. Without thinking too much I throw myself into him. Thanks to his quick reflects he catches me before we both fall on the ground. I bury my head into his neck. "I like you too, my wolfy" I whisper into his skin. "Really?" he whispers sounding a bit breathless. "Yes" I say holding him closer. 

Josh tilts my head up so that I am looking him into the eyes. "May I?" he asks as he slowly brings his head down towards mine. I nod, I can't form words right now. Then gently his lips are on mine, I feel sparks everywhere he touches me. After a while I start smiling into the kiss. Maybe it wasn't that bad to be kidnapped by a werewolf.
