AKIVA POV

I woke up in Kyias basement again. I looked at the time. 2:36. I can't sleep. I've woken up like twenty times in the past three hours. I went back to sleep.

Im glad I woke up at six thirty because I left the television and the news was on.

News reporter- "The band, five seconds of summer, came to Australia two months ago. Their tour starts in one month and will be held in the glasshouse at Port Maquarie. Although one of the band members, Ashton Irwin, is expecting a baby with a normal teenager from Westport high school, Kyia Smith. We do not no any further information but we are saying that Ashton Irwin wants to stay with the baby, and won't be touring Australia this year. Back to you Tanya".

Argg, how dare they share it with the world. Kyia is going to be so mad at Ashton for this. I got up and got ready. I put my shoes on and grabbed my books and shoved them in my bag. I ran upstairs to see Kyia lying on the lounge with the news on, crying. I ran over to her.

"Babe, listen to me, this can work"

"But now the world knows and I'm going to be known as 'the slut of the century'" she cries. Dam I feel like crying with her.

"No you won't be, they might think that but if Ashton chose you to have his baby, that's pretty special, don't you think?"

"When you put it that way, it's pretty amazing" she said, laying on my lap. She sat back up and went to the bathroom. As I sat on that lounge, I kept remembering when I tried to overdose.

I just can't get it out of my head now. I feel so bad because it make Kyia and Luke upset. I get a text.

To: Akiva 👽

'Hey, I need to talk to you, meet me at the beach in exactly one hour'

To: Lukey poo 💩

'Uh dude, school day'

To: Akiva 👽

'Since when did you follow the rules?'

To: Lukey poo 💩

'Never mind, I'll be there'.

There was no reply. Since when did Luke want to even look at me? Let alone talk to me? Something's happening. Hopefully something bad with Amber.

That sounded so bad.

But it's true. How could she do this? I loved him, and because he didn't love me she took advantage of that.

I went and brushed my hair and shoved it up into a messy ponytail. Kyia got ready as well and I told her I will be at school soon. Then I walked to the beach.

"Hey Akiva!" I heard Luke say, waving his arms around.

"So why did you make this meeting up?"

"Because I wanted to see you" he simply says.

"Bull shit. You didn't want anything to do with me and all of a sudden you want to see me? Luke why are you doing this to me? You know I lo-" I was cut off by him smashing his lips onto mine. I was hesitant for a second, but then deepened the kiss.

"I-I'm sorry" Luke says before he runs off. Yet again, he leaves me stranded.

"Wait!" I yell, but he gets into a car and drives off.

I knew it. I knew he would do this to me again.

I walk into class, late as usual.

"Akiva, trying to skip class? That doesn't sound like you at all does it everyone?" Mr Harrison chuckled And everyone started laughing. I tried to see who I also had in my class. I had Calum and Amber. I went wand sat next to Calum.

"Hey Akiva, are you okay? It looks like you've be-" I cut him off.

"Luke wanted to see me" I whisper.

"And?!?" He whispers in excitement.

"We kissed bu-"

"Oh my god really? Fangirling over here" he says in a hush tone.

"Will you let me finish?" I groan. "But he pushed me away and ran away" I finish.

Calum just looks at me, for any emotion, and I try not to show one.

"Amber Stewart, the front office wants you" Mr. Harrison sighed. I was about to laugh but I decided not to. Im already in enough trouble with the teacher by skipping class.

"Okay kids, the rest of the class is free time" and we all jumped out of our seats, except for me.

"C'mon Akiva, come chill with me and Ashton" Calum said, pointing to the seat across the room.

"Wait, Ashton's here too?" I said, a bit frustrated, and confused at the same time. He wasn't in here before.

"Yeah, is that a problem?"

"No, let's go" I said just going with the flow. We arrived at his seat and he was just acting normal.

"Hey Akiva and Calum" he said, grabbing Calum for a man hug and went to pull me in for a hug, but I stopped him.

"Hey Calum, can you give me and Ashton a minute, please?" I ask, glaring at Ashton.

"Sure" he looks at Ashton for a bit, but he walks off.

"What the hell were you thinking telling the news reporters that your having a baby? That's crazy. Now the world knows and Kyia is so dam upset an-" I was cut off.

"Wait, the world knows?"

"Yes dimwit" I groan.

"I didn't tell anyone, hell, I don't think the boys even know" he said, looking innocent.

"Kyia told Luke by accident when she went psycho at him"

"But how does the news people know?"

"I don't know? It was on the news this morning and I thought that you told them"

"So you go and blame it on me? Now Kyias going to kill me for no dam fucking reason because you put in her head that I did it" and I suddenly feel really bad.

Tears swell up in my eyes.

"No no Akiva, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean it like that" and I just glare at him, then walk off.

"Akiva wait! Can I come back now?" Calum complained.

"Oh I don't care!" I yell.

"Akiva wait. I'm sorry" and I give in to Ashton. He has this thing with making people feel bad for doing absolutely nothing, so I give in.

"Akiva, who do you think did it?" He asks when I get there. One name popped up in my head.

"Ohhh, ahhh."

"WHO!" He screamed.

"Amber-lea. Yes her.
