Twenty seven

~day before tour starts~

LUKES POV

I was in my tour bus, throwing a ball in the air. Ashton is no longer going on tour and Akiva is replacing him. It's good and bad. It's good because I get to see my lovely girlfriend. It's bad because, we never really got to rehearse and I think she might fuck up. The bus door open and everyone was laughing. Akiva, Michael, Calum and my mum and dad.

"Hey Luke" mum says, coming to give me a hug.

"Hey mum. What brings you here?" I ask.

"It's my sons tour. Of coarse I'm going to come see you"

"Hey dad" I change the conversation.

"Hey Luke". We all talked about the tour and then Kyia and Ashton came in.

"Kyky" I say, causing her to give me a death stare. I just shrug my shoulders and she places her eyes on Akiva.

"I missed you!" Kyia yells to Akiva, both of them clashing into a hug.

"Kyia, it's been a few days, how can you not live without me?"

"And are you coming when the baby is born?" Kyia changed the subject.

"Uh, when's it due?" Akiva asks , scratching her head. I laughed and Akiva looked at me strangely.

"In two months and three weeks" Kyia say, and by looking at her facial expression, she was trying to correct herself. "Yeah, that". Akiva giggled and I returned the stare. We ended up having a staring competition and I won, of coarse.

~day of tour~

Someone bangs on the bus door.

"You've got 12 hours!"

"What even is the time?" I mumble, looking at my phone. It's 7:00am. I sit up. scratching my head, I roll over to see Akiva sleeping, snoring and hair looking wild. One arm is on my stomach and the other was hanging off the bed. I push Akiva, no answer. So I push a little harder, still no answer. So I pushed a little too hard and she fell off the bed. She loudly groans.

"Wake up baby" I coo'd.

"No!" She exclaims. Well she's more awake now by the sounds of it.

"We need to practice".

"Uh, baby. I need to go to the bathroom".

"Ok". I heard her throw up and it didn't sound too good by the sounds of it. She walks out looking like she's as sick as a dog. Poor doggy.

"I need to, uh- change my medication"'she says quickly. I just nod and she rushes through the door.

AKIVA POV

I Rush out of that bus and get in the car, quickly driving to the chemist.

I bought what I needed and went to the bathroom. When I pulled it out, tears were trying to fall. And when I tried to stop then, they fell harder than I wanted. I can't tell Luke yet, he will be worried for the rest of the tour. I took a deep and stood up.

I unlocked the cubical and walked out of the chemist.

I got back and I heard a thump. I ran inside and I could hear Luke and Calum laughing. I walked a bit further in and Michael was laying on the floor next to the bunk.

"Oh, uh hey baby. Did you change you medication?" Luke asks, all sweet.

"Yeah, I-uh did" I hate lying to Luke but, who knows how he will react. He might love it but, he will be worried about me and the drums. He might not want me to go on tour. Or he will hate it and break up with me, as simple as that. Im guessing he noticed me standing there doing nothing.

"Are you alright baby?" He looks at me strangely.

"I, uh-yeah. Perfect" I lie. I feel so guilty.

"Uh. Okay?". He returned laughing at Michael and then we all got ready. And when I mean get ready I mean Calum going to the bathroom to take nudes, Michael talking to his new date in Skype, and Luke making pancakes in boxers. Really Luke? Im front of the guys?

"Well I'll see you tomorrow night" Michael says into the screen."Bye. Bye" and then he closes the screen. He sighs.

"Hey Mikey. What's wrong?"

"I think I'm in love. But we aren't even a 'couple', kiva I don't know what to do" he sobs.

"Aw, Michael Gordon Clifford has feelings" I exaggerate. He glares at me.

"Shut up!" He yells. I chuckle.

"Akiva!" Calum screams, from the bathroom.

"What?"

"Come here now!"

"Are you still taking nudes and want me to see them. Because no thanks" Michael laughs at my comment.

"Haha not funny"  I walked over to Calum, and I started laughing.

"This is NOT a girls bathroom. Boys bus, boys bathroom" and I couldn't help but laugh even more. He points to all the makeup scattered everywhere and girl things.

"Akiva? It's not funny that you have put your hair dye in my shampoo"

"Yes it is" and I laugh even harder.

"GUYS BREAKFAST IS READY!" Luke shouts, echoing through the bus. We all cover our ears and then walk to the kitchen.

"So baby. 10 more hours till you become famous, what do you think?" Luke asks, placing his hand on my thigh underneath the table.

"Im scared. What if I mess up?"

"Hey. You won't mess up. Your Akiva Rose Pacey O'toole. Your not going to mess up" the rest of breakfast was silence. Then we were done, we all headed to the centre where we are going to perform.
