One day, in the village square, the eldest of Akiet, who was called Aolus, had gathered all of the people because he was to deliver an important message. "Silence!" said Aolus, everybody shut up, they knew Aolus was someone not to be messed with. "I have an important message given to me by Zenith himself!", everybody started hushed conversations, why would Zenith give Aolus a message? Zenith was the new leader of the elder wizards. Zenith would only give someone a message himself if someone was to be picked for a quest. "I have no means of scaring any of you, but the wicked Caoalais has risen again!". There was pin drop silence; everybody was obviously scared to death.
"Caoalais?! he's back, but how?" said Akoen.
"I wonder if there's a quest, I don't think anybody would choose to go," Lokiel said.
"I agree with you Lokiel, but I would love to go if it means I will be a hero just like Kieler himself," Keflar said.
Aolus continued "Zenith told me that there will be a quest in which you must track down Caoalais and then send him back to the horrible place he came from. If you do go on the quest, then you will get more information about the quest, but only the best will go. If you would like to go on the quest, please come to the forest tomorrow when the sun is at the half point in the sky!". Hushed conversations started again, after this, everybody started leaving.
"The forest? Do they know about the Farlorians? Do we have to kill them to go on the quest?" said Akoen. "Oh I do hope not, they are a really nice tribe," said Lokiel.
