It was three days into the quest and the group was crossing the border of Gandor.
"I have never felt so scared in my life!" Tanith said, Akoen, Lokiel, and Keflar found out that Tanith was very good with the sword.
"Same here," Akoen said. What they saw was a bizarre wasteland with almost no vegetation to be seen. Giants, ogres, orcs, goblins, dragons could be seen everywhere. Gandor proved to be the most evil territory in all of the world.
"How can we protect ourselves against this evil?" Lokiel asked.
"I guess the godly powers will help, if we do get them" Akoen answered.
"Let's keep going, I do not want to be in this kind of place for a long time!" Keflar said.
"Indeed," said Tanith and the group kept on going.
They found that the inhabitants were actually quite nice, but they were to stay here because they were considered horrendous and evil.
"Why don't you stay at my place, I have some soup cooking," an ogre named gorgon said.
"Oh, we would be very grateful, we have just reached Gandor from Akiet," said Akoen.
"Ah, Akiet, I like that village! Their inhabitants were juicy, oh, don't worry, I'm not going to eat you!" said Gorgon said as he saw his guest's faces after what he said.
Gorgon's home was nothing more than a small cave. The soup was cooking on a fire in a big pot.
"Welcome to my home!" said Gorgon, he was definitely impressed by his own work.
"Um... it's just a cave," Akoen said.
"Hm? Oh, yes. About that, only the important people of Gandor get houses, the rest of us have to either make our own home or find a suitable place to live in," replied Gorgon.
"Ah, okay, can we eat now, I'm starving!" Keflar said. Once the five people were done the soup, Akoen and the others thanked Gorgon for the hospitality and left.
"What a nice person Gorgon is, don't you think?" Tanith said.
"Indeed he is," said Akoen. The group was nearing their destination.
"I'm already getting the chills, something in my mind is telling me to go back, must be the dark gold," Keflar said.
"What is dark gold?" Lokiel said.
"Itis the metal used in weapons of dark magic," Keflar answered.
"Does the dark gold fuel the dark magic?" Tanith asked.
"I'm not sure, but I've heard of myths that say that the dark gold can be used for good, if the weapon is used for good, then it could possibly become the strongest weapon ever created," Keflar said.
"Hey, maybe that is the weapon you have to make!" Akoen said.
"Yeah, I've been thinking about that, but I'm not supposed to touch dark gold, so it will be a challenge!" Keflar said. "
true, but we need you to do it!" Said Akoen.
"Well, I'll try," muttered Keflar.
