  The day when Deepa met Anand lastly on that horrible day, she told him that they were not going to meet anymore.  She had a reason to tell that.  She noticed a small growth in her breast.  Biopsy had done.  And result confirmed it as breast cancer.  She confirmed  herself her death.  She had no hope in her life.  She thought she would die.  Before death she wanted to take revenge on Asok's family.  She insisted that to Sathyan. He too thought , if Deepa die , his plan wouldn't work properly.  That's why in a hurry they planned everything.  But Devika called Deepa to US.  She wanted to take care of her.  And Deepa treated for her cancer in US.  Devika was doing her higher studies in US.  Doctors said Deepa is cured fully.  She have regular check ups.  Now she is aware of breast cancer.  She is a survivor .  But that sickness and its treatment changed her a lot.  During her treatment time she thought about her meaningless life.  The whole life she spent to hate everyone.  She prayed god and promised, "If I survive I want to love every one.  Please give me love and please teach me how to love".  And she learnt it from Devika.  She cared her, she loved her and she stood by her side in her pain.  Deepa didn't tell anything about her cancer to Kiran then.   Though she loved him, she stayed always away from him.

    Deepa came back after treatment.  Then she understood Kiran was taking care of Asok.  And he ignored Sathyan.  She was disturbed then.  But she knew the reason .  Because cancer gave her a chance to realize her feelings.  She thought she never loved Anand.  But, when she heard Sathyan killed him She felt a strange pain and missing feeling in her heart.  She never thought that he would die.  though she wanted to defeat him, she never wanted him to die.  slowly she understood she was in love with him. Her past compelled her to hate him.  Now Deepa knows Kiran's mind.  So she didn't argue with him.  But she started taking care of Sathyan. Then he again started brain washing Deepa.  He asked her to kill Asok.  She said, she will think about it. But actually she didn't.  Perspective of her life was already changed.  She didn't want to do any bad things anymore.  She promised Devika that.  Deepa  really wanted to do something for cancer patients.  So she started an awareness program. After that she forgot everything about her fast. She was fully busy with her awareness program.  And she too started ignoring Sathyan.  Because whenever he would see her, he would start asking about her plan to kill Asok.  And would pollute her mind with revenge.  So she avoided her visits.  But she never visited Asok. And she never thought herself as a wrong doer.  She killed Archana.  That time she thought , Archana died by the poison. Still, Deepa thought they were deserving it.  

One day in her therapy center a stranger came .  He asked an appointment with Deepa.  He was half blind and he had difficulty to walk. But he was not an aged person.  May be Sathyan's age or even lesser in age.   Deepa asked : "What happened to your leg ? What therapy you need? "

He replied : " I don't come for therapy daughter.  I came to see you. Actually I wanted to see your brother too.  But he is not in town.  I want to go back today.  So I came to you""

"Why do you want to see me ? Who are you?"

He was silent for few minutes and said.

"I am your maman (Mother's brother).  Your mother's own brother"

Deepa got confused; "Which mother?...my biological, my adopted or my demon step mother"

"The mother who gave you birth. Sivan's wife"

Now Deepa shocked.  She never knew that she had a maternal uncle.

Where was he? Why didn't he come to take care of us?  why he comes now? : a lot of questions in Deepa's mind.

She said; " I don't know you. I never heard about any maman. No one said anything about you to me.  Sathyan chittappan never said.  If you were my amma's brother, he would tell me.  He never said it.  You are lying"
